The two boys sat across from each other with their knees touching.
“You know I blinked, right?” Craig spoke.
“I know,” Kenny responded. “I just like looking at you. And your eyes.”
Craig looked away. “They’re just eyes.”
Kenny pulled his chin so he was looking into his eyes again. “But they’re your eyes. And they’re beautiful."
