Kristie and Rachel were sitting by your bed side, several teams were sitting around your room. Hoping for you to wake up any minute, knowing that it could be hours, days, or even weeks. The doctors said that it was a miracle that you were even alive at this point. Most people with your severity of internal bleeding don't make it off the table.
The team also worried for Kristie and Rachel who have not left your side since being put in this room
"Anyone want lunch?" Kelley asked looking around the room
"Me" Emily said
"Why don't you and Rachel go with? Ash and I will stay with her" Ali said gently to Kristie who was next to her
Kristie just shook her head no while looking back at you
"Thank you but I'm staying" Rachel said to Ali who nodded sadly
"She has been asleep for 3 days. You guys should go to the hotel to shower and rest for a little bit" Sam said worried for her sister and friend
"We are going to be here when she wakes up" Kristie said looking at you causing Sam to nod sadly before she left to room with the rest of their teammates
"She's going to wake up isn't she?" Kristie asked looking at Rachel with teary eyes, causing her to move next to her and pull in her arms
"She has to" Rachel said blinking back her own tears as she held Kristie, listening to the steady beat of your heart on the machine
Rachel and Kristie started to drift asleep to the sound of you heart until it started beating faster
"What's happening?" Kristie panicky asked as they both jumped to there feet to get a closer look at you
"I don't know" Rachel said looking you over and noticing your eyes moving causing her to grab you hand, instant feeling you gently squeeze back
"I think she is waking up" Rachel said excitedly, both now watching you closely
"Come on, just open your eyes for us" Rachel said giving you hand a gently squeeze and that is what it seems to take to give you enough strength to open you eyes
You blinked multiple times to take in the light before everything became clear and you saw Rachel and Kristie
"(Y/n)" Rachel said shocked as she cupped you cheek to look at you, taking in you eyes that she never though she would see again
"Am I dead?" You raspied out
"No, your alive" Rachel said letting out a teary laugh along with Kristie who was wiping her relieved tears
"Well that explains why everything hurts" you said with a laugh that turned into a grimace at the pain the laugh caused, causing you to move you arm to grab you side that was in to only cause more pain
"Stop moving so much, love" Rachel said gently guiding you arm back to you side
"Easier said then done" you said causing the two women to continue to smile down at you, knowing you could never stay still
"I'm the one that's hurt so why do you guys look just as bad as me?" You asked looking them over
"We don't look that bad" Kristie said and smiles when she saw you smile while shaking your head
"Ehh, we kinda do" Rachel said looking at her self and Kristie causing you to chuckle and once again grimace in pain but the smile still not leaving you face
"We are just glad your alive" Kristie said tucking some hair behind your ear before taking you hand in her
"Me too, I didn't want to leave you guys like that" you said giving them a sad smile which they return
"Well you aren't leaving us anything soon. You stuck with us once we get back to Houston" Rachel said causing you to send them a confused look
"Your moving in with us, your pretty much already do" Kristie
"I love you guys" you said as few tears fell causing Kristie to wipe them
"We love you too" both said as Rachel place a kiss to your forehead
