"Grace." I hear Kai call out from the opposite side of the door.
I wipe my tears away and take a second to breathe and contemplate my options.
"Grace, open the door." I hear Kai say.
I sigh and slowly open the door.
"Finally," Kai states annoyed, and walks into the room plopping down on the bed.
I stare at him in disbelief.
"What," he says innocently.
I just scoff and walk out of the room. I can't believe after everything he did he's just acting like nothing wrong. But then again he is a sociopath, I remind myself.
"Wait," I hear Kai call out.
He doesn't give up, does he?
"What," I say angrily.
"Do you wanna take a road trip," Kai smiles.
I take a moment to process his words.
"Well," Kai says impatiently.
"No," I respond dryly.
"Why not," he pouts and folds his arms.
Ugh, he acts like an annoying child.
"Well for starters you trapped me here."
"And," Kai responds.
"And you're a sociopath" I cross my arms.
"Well I've done some horrible things, that I don't regret may I add." He smirks
"Why am I not surprised," I say dryly.
"Judgy much," Kai mumbles.
"Anyways, it's either we can stay in this house and kill each other or we can get the hell out of this prison world."
My head shoots up.
"What! How," My interest now peaked.
"All will be explained in time," He says.
"So, it that a yes," he continues.
I take a moment, I need to get out of here, and if this is my only way out of this hell I have to take it.
"Fine" I throw my hands up in the air and start to head towards the door. I could practicality feel Kai's smirk.
As I make it outside I see Damon's old blue Camaro and hop in the driver's seat.
