Bucky's POV
I could watch only watch as y/n danced around her apartment. Music blaring so loud the neighbors will be here any second, but she could care less. The way she jumps around to her favorite songs, and justs lets me sit.
Take a look at my girlfriend
She's the only one I got
I could watch her dance like an idiot forever, but I've been meaning to call Steve. I told him I was taking some off time, but I didn't him about her yet.
"Doll?"
She spun to face me, "Hmm?"
The way she bit her lower lip, and waited for my response made me smile and feel warm inside.
"I'm gonna call Steve, I'll be in your room."
She just nodded, and went back to dancing. She turn the music down, and I didn't even have to ask.. though I wasn't going to. I walked into her room, and shut the door behind me. Within one ring Steve picked up, and sounded panicked.
"Where are you Buck? I've been trying to call you all week."
I ran a hand through my hair, "I know, and I'm sorry it's been so long. This is gonna sound crazy, but I think I'm in love again. It's safe to say I have a new girlfriend. I don't think I've ever been happier man."
It's been some time since we last spoke

"What?" He sounded so shocked, it worried me a little.
"I know, it's crazy but this girl is amazing Steve. I don't think I'll ever leave her."
And I know it sounds so old
But cupid got me in a chokeholdAnd I'm afraid I might give in Towels on the mat, my white flag wavin'
"Are you sure you love this girl Bucky? I haven't met her, or ever heard you talk about her."
"I mean, she even cooks me pancakes, and alka-seltzer when my tummy aches. We even got a secret handshake, and she doesn't care about my past or my nightmares. If I had to choose her or the sun, I'd be one nocturnal son of a gun."
On the other end Steve let out a small laugh.
"Wow Buck, you sound like you really like her."
I noticed the music stopped so I poked my head out of the room to see y/n making something in the kitchen.

She's the only one I got
"I do Steve, I really do."
She noticed me staring, and started to walk over with a confused look. I could feel my face heat up a little as she got closer.
