As i was walking around the house i decided to go outside and walk. I went upstairs snd threw on: Black pants, a denim shirt, and my air forces. I grabbed my phone and purse and added some money and my keys. i left my hair in a side braid i would never go to school like this. its saturday so i won't see much people in my neighborhood. i went in my mom room to see her sleep. I pulled the covers up and kissed her forhead. i went downstairs and made a bowl of cereal. after i finished, i walked outside locking the door. it was warm and beautful out here. i walked towards the park and seen some boys at my school playing basketball. I shrugged getting on my phone and started playing a game. someone walked up to me but i didnt pay it no mind until i knew who voice it was
"why you out here by yourself" he asked. i looked up only to see. August. i just shrugged
"just chillen what you doing here" i asked seeing him drink his water as some of it fell on his chest
"playing basketball" he said sitting down
"why you over here" i asked
"i needed a break so they went ahead and started a new game" he said. i nodded
"where your shirt" i asked not giving him eye contact. he chuckled
"Basketball. Sweat" he said. i nodded
"i wanna take you somehwere" he said as he stood up I saw his V-line. i looked away. Contain yourself Renae
"but your all sweaty" i said
" i know and imma get clean and i see you in style" he said twirling me around. i laughed a little
"thanks" i said
"aye yall im out" he yelled
" i see you aug" someone yelled . he shooked his head grabbing my hand. we got to his car and he opened my door. i smiled getting in as he shut the door. he jogged over and got in the driver seat. good thing i walked here, He let the windows down and started the car pulling off to where ever our destination is at. We pulled up to Im guessing his house. I followed him upstairs and sat on his bed as he started going into the bathroom. I got on my phone and started playing a game. I heard the shower turn on so I guess he was getting cleaned up. I laid on his bed just playing my game. It was getting me mad I was about to throw my phone when....
"Renae is my lotion out there" august yelled. I looked around and saw some
"Yea" I said. He came out with a towel wrapped around his waist and he grabbed it from my shaking hand. I looked away and he chuckled going back into the bathroom. He got my hands shaking what's going on with me right now. He came out fully dressed and threw on his shoes and grabbed his hat and his keys looking at me
"You coming'" he asked. I nodded
"Uh huh" I said still staring at him. He laughed putting his arm over my shoulder as we walked out towards his car. We got in and he started driving. I notice that he leans back and drive with one hand. I copied how he was driving and he looked at me and laughed.
"What you doing" he asked.
"Coping how you drive it looks awesome" I said making his face. he bust out laughing at me. i smiled. im actually laughing and not getting picked on WOW. we pulled up to the mall and he hopped opening the door for me and helping me out. i saw girls literally drooling over him i mean seriously. we kept walking and he pulled me into footlocker even though i didnt wanna come in here. i sat down on a bench as he was trying on shoes.
"what size you wear" he asked.
"Four" i said. he looked at my feet and i laughed. he called somebody over
"hi how may i help you" the lady said smiling.
"can you get these in a 12 and a 4" he said. she nodded walking off
"you really dont have to do that" i said. he chuckled
"but i wanted to " he said
"at least let me pay" i said.
"Nope you with me" he said, i pouted and he chuckled as the girl gave him his boxes. he went to register and payed for them. i was gonna grab the bag but he grabbed them and wrapped his arm over my shoulder. i pouted again. he chuckled. we shopped some more and every time i try to pay he would do it for me -_- but he saying you dont need to pay when your with me. i sighed as we finally came to the food court
"what you in the mood to eat" he asked. i thought for a minute
"wendy's" i said. he nodded and we walked over there once i ordered he said to go find a table. i nodded and found one that was nice looking.
"well well if it isnt MRs. piggy" Alex the school bitch said. i looked down and messed with my fingers
"she tryna look cute for no one" the girl behind her said. they all laughed
"aye alex what you doing" august said
"baby what you doing here" she asked. Baby? ok he just lost me there. i got up slowly
"sit your ass down" he said then looked at alex
"what you mean im with renae" he said. she scoffed
"that fat bitch.. baby you could do so much better" she said putting her hands on her hips. he chuckled
"nah i dont want a hoe who suck all my niggas dick" he said. she gasped and he pushed her out the way and sat at the table with me. wow he actually told the girl off . i looked down smiling. he gave me my food and i took it from him and said thank you. he nodded and we started talking about random stuff and it was great conversation but we now back in the car
"let me pick you up monday for school" he said.
"In the morning" i asked. he nodded
"yea Can I" he asked
"you not gonna be embarassed to be with me" i asked unsure. he lookes at me as he pulled up to my driveway
"why should I" he asked.
"well im kinda fat and ---"
"Renaeee we went over this you thick and i dont give a fuck about what everyone else say as long as your by my side" he said. i nodded.
"and dont be afraid to wear the clothes and shoes i bought for you" he said
"which you didnt have to pay for" i mumbled
"heard that" he said. i was about to get out but he pulled me back
"let me see your phone" he said. i nodded giving it to him as he went away typing before giving it back realizing he added his number. i smiled and he kissed my forhead
"bye" i said
"bye baybeh" he said smiling. that accent is just wooooo. i got out going in the house taking the bags with me upstairs and into my closet. i saw my momma on the couch and i went down there
"so whos this august boy" she asked. i started smiling
"well...." i said before telling her the whole story from when we met till what happened in the mall
