"Your eyes are like a sunset, They're Beautiful, inspiring, and hard to turn away from." August said.

"That was cute" I said giving him a thumbs up while taking a bite of my pizza. He laughed doing the same.

"Prize winner" he said making the noise. I bust out laughing.

"Can y'all quiet the fuck down. Damn" his cousin Lani said.

"What in the hell" I said. He laughed.

"You heard what I said.......' She said but mumbled the rest.

"No need for a problem " I said. I really didn't do anything.

"No there is one cause you walk in here like you know us for our whole lifes and shit joking around thinking people like you" she said eye rolling extra hard. I pouted and was about to say something before august stop me

"Get out" he said. She turned around and gave him a sad expression

"Excuse me" she said.

"You heard me. Get the fuck outta here. Disrespecting my lady and shit." He said. She walked up to him and brushed past me.

"Calm down " I mumbled to myself remembering things that happened in my past life.

" august she should be kicked out. She disrespected your cousin" she said.

"Step" he corrected her.

"So you choosing this fat ugly hoe over your on family" she said.

"First off we step cousin.. You not family to me. You disrespect anyone I talk to so shut your ass up and go upstairs or out this house till your Step-momma come get ya" he said smiling. She huffed and walked up stairs. Lauren cracked up

"I don't like her either and to me your family" she said smiling patting my shoulder before going upstairs

"You didn't have to do that" I said. He shrugged pulling me by my waist to him. I smiled wrapping my arms around him

"But I wanted to" he said

"You called me your lady" I said blushing looking down. He pulled my head back up

"Cause you will be " he said before leaning down and kissing my lips. I kissed back instantly. and then pulled away and started eating again.

"the rain died down" i said. he nodded.

"when you leaving" he asked

"idk tbh" i said.

"alright well come to the living room with me then" he said walking me with him. i laughed and sat down beside him

That Lani girl came downstairs cause she was too bored to be upstairs -_-

"So we should play a game" Lauren suggested. I looked at august as he looked at Lani disgusted

"Umm I guess" I said. She nodded.

"Let's play hide and go seek in the dark." She said. I nodded.

"Lani count" I said turning the lights off. She rolled her eyes but covered her eyes. August pulled me with him. I don't know where we were but we was walking forever till he closed the door and sat me down. He turned his phone on and I looked around. We was in the den and he turned the light on

"i actually didnt want to play with them but my sister wouldve been bored" he siad sitting beside me. i giggled

" i dont trust lani" i said. he chuckled looking into my eyes.
