Chapter 6

Renae.

I sighed stretching my back while getting up. It was raining badly outside and I was kinda regretting if I should go to his house.

Aye its raining bad I'll see you tomorrow ~me

After that he didn't text back. I threw on some joggers and my long sleeve shirt and big ass coat. Only thing I hate about this coat is that it didn't have a hoodie so I grabbed one of august snapbacks that I took from him and placed it on my head. I slid my feet into my boots and went downstairs.

"Momma can you drop me off at my friend house" I said.

"Sure but I'm not picking you back up" she warned. I laughed.

"OK mama" I said. She grabbed her coat and slipped on her shoes and grabbed the keys and we was off to see the wizard. I laughed at that thought but nah off to august house. I gave her the address and she was driving carefully there. I sat back and watched the rain trickle down my window. We just pulled up and I leaned over kissing my mom cheek and yelling an I love you and be safe before jogging up to his door. my mom pulled over making her way back home. i knocked two times and waited. This Brownskin girl answered smiling. i looked at what she was wearing and it was short shorts and a long T-shirt. she looked at me weird

"who you" she said irritated

"Renae. you" I said

"who at tha door" august said coming with no shirt. im not the one to skip to conclusions but im picturing something I hope that is not happening. i looked at him and started running

"what in the hell.. wait renae" i heard him yell. I'm not about to be played defiantly not today. I don't know who the chick is or why she there but I just wanna get away but of course he grabbed my arm turning me around and I wiggled out of his grip.

"What's wrong with ya" he said. I rolled my eyes

"How you gonna invite me over and have some chick answer the door" I said throwing my hands up in frustration

"Nae its not even like that" he said coming closer but I took a step back

"Then what is it like" I said

"She my step- cousin " he said.

"If she your step-cousin how come y'all were the only ones there" I said.

"She came for my sister." He said.

"Then where your sister" I asked.

"She went to the store. Baybeh I promise I'm not like that" he said. I sighed as the rain fell upon my face. He use his thumb and wiped the water off my face leaving his hand there.

"I have a feeling I'm not good enough for you" I said looking into his eyes. He pulled me closer with his other hand on my waist. I don't even care about the rain anymore. It might make my hair all curly but I don't care anymore. I put my hand on his shoulder.

"I'm Into You" he mumbled before pressing his lips onto mine. This was my first kiss and I'm glad he took it than anyone else. We was kissing for at least minute or two before he slid his tongue inside my mouth. I didn't know what to do but I followed him. I pulled away and he smiled pecking my lips again.

"Let me get you inside before you get sick" he said. I nodded as we rushed back inside.

August was laughing at me cause I fell off his bed which wasn't funny to me. I mugged the hell out of him.

"You play to much" I said. He laughed a little before trying to make a serious face.

"Renae I'm sorry but you act like you was dying talking about.. Tell my moms I love her and all the food I ate of hers I'm sorry for eating . Also food is bae/ life. " he said repeating my speech. Actually I started laughing myself. That hurt so bad when I fell doe.

"You big meanie" I said. He looked over the bed to see me still sitting there.

"You want help or" he said. I shrugged. And he quickly lifting me up and over onto the bed. he started playing with my hair

"why you messing with my hair" i asked laughing

"i like it curly" he said. i giggled

"Why" i asked

"cause you got that good hair... What you mixed with" he asked

"hawaian and black" i said. he nodded and i started messing with his then his sister came in with his step-cousin.. I was sitting on his lap as he laid down.

"What you need Lauren" he asked.

" we hungry august and hello" she smiled looking at me

"hey" i smiled and got off of august lap and checked my phone.

"yall want some pizza" august asked stratching his head and they nodded. he was walking around in basketball shorts and boxers. I saw the step cousin staring extra hard. i squinted my eyes.

"ill be down in a minute" he said walking towards me. they nodded walking out closing his door. he laid all his weight on me. i started laughing

"omg august get off me i said. he laughed pecking my lips before getting up and throwing on a T-shirt. while he was turned around I jumped on his back and he instanly wrapped his arms around my legs. we walked downstairs and into the living room and I got down

"Cheese, peperoni,....." he said

"cheese all the way" me and Lauren said at the same time. that was creepy but we ended up laughing. August laughed ordering our pizza and some bread sticks.

"so im Lauren and you are" she asked

"Renae" i said.

"I love your name" she squealed. i laughed

"thank you" i siad smiling. and she nudged the girl beside her

"Lani" she said. i nodded I didnt really care about her. august wrapped his arms around me

"she got a stank attitude I dont like her" he whispered in my ear. i giggled but not to loud.

"so are yall chillen with us" lauren asked. I looked at august and he shrugged

"i guess so" I said sitting down on top of August.

"so like yall date" Lani asked.

"why is it your business" he asked.

"cause i gotta stay updated with my cousin" she said smirking. This is going to be a long night

"This is gonna be a really long night" august whsipered then sighed. wow i was thinking that too at least we was on the same page. she just had to show that creepy behind smirk making her face look like murder she wrote.
