"Shivaay I am the one who takes care of my family and I don't know how Sahil will manage alone there. I mean I don't trust Sahil and we should give time to Priyanka and Daksh so can you let Sahil stay here? Till Daksh and Priyanka come back?", asked Anika hesitantly as Gauri was going to London for studies again. She just came here for Daksh's marriage

"It's ok he can live here forever as he is a part of my family", Shivaay said with a smile. Anika smiled back she was so happy that he didn't shout for one more responsibility. His family word impressed Anika because from his calm tone his words looked real

"Thank you", thanked Anika and left from there. It's the first time that she felt dadi's decision was somewhere right. He is not that much worse, or maybe because she just saw his nice side only

Shivaay was going to close the door when Omru entered inside

"And are you planning to run away from engagement?", asked Om

"Because you hate marriage that's why", said Rudra with fake anger

"So do you want me to insult that girl? Is this what you guys want?", asked Shivaay

"No Shivaay I am happy that at last, you are going to marry but what about her? We know your mindset you don't even know how to hug then how are you going to work in marriage. I hope you know there is a big difference between friends and wife... Even if you say she will be your best friend but don't you think it will be wrong? Like she may get respect but girls have other dreams too", said Om and asked him to sit. Shivaay sat silently as he know Om is very sensible he will not say anything till it's important or needed

"I know Om I talked with her and she is ready to compromise", said Shivaay Rudra was going to interrupt but Om stopped him

"Don't Rudra. I am not joking it's a question of his life as well as her. Shivaay you will not like right if she will like another person than you after marriage", said Om. Shivaay looked at him shocked. That why he said these lines, especially for her

"Om what are you saying she is not like that I... Trust her...I think", fumbled Shivaay as he was not sure regarding this.

"Your thinking doesn't matter here. It's her wish. If she is ready to compromise then why can't you try as well?", asked Om. He knows his brother very well who can do anything for his family but this is his life and they have to spend their whole life like this

"So what do you want me to do?", Asked Shivaay being frustrated by his question. For the first time, he found his questions without any logic

"Try to know her better yrr. Ask her to go with you. You both meet whenever she comes here for work. It looks like someone forced her to stay here. You guys should try to know each other better before marriage. Why can't you argue with dadi that you need some time? She didn't argue back because she respect her and she was shy maybe but you know dadi very well right. She will understand you", said Om. He felt like they both are hurrying into marriage. They don't even know each other but we're ready to marry was questioned. Especially Shivaay who hated marriages

"So do you want me to cancel the engagement? ", Asked Shivaay

"No after engagement take her somewhere like a date", said Om. Rudra who was quiet jumped from his place and cupped his face

"Date", shouted Rudra and Shivaay at the same time

"Yes. What's wrong with this?", Asked Om

"Om I am not free to go like this and I never went on date with anyone so why should I? And will start knowing each other like this only ", said Shivaay who tried to tell his brother that he is busy but Om glared at him angrily

"Why do you want her to understand? And you should make your free time to go with her. Remember till now you were never in a relationship. Now when you are so respect it before she leaves you. She is not made of stone Shivaay. How you will know each other when you will meet rarely? How much have you both met before", asked Om angrily? His guess is we're right. He is still thinking that she should understand that he can't consider marriage but he should try to accept that relation

"I told her already Om. And we never talked much before because we were strangers that time and I don't like to talk with girls", said Shivaay

"But Shivaay after tomorrow she will be our bhabhi, not Priyanka's friend. Don't you know how couples behave?", Asked Om and placed his hand on his shoulder when Shivaay rubbed his forehead

"I know Om but even you know my past", said Shivaay with tears. He can never forget his mother's pain which he doesn't want her to go through. He can guarantee that he will not let her cry but at the same time, he is scared of marriage.

"So what Shivaay? Do you think she enjoyed her life without her parents? Many people do marry and fall in love. It depends upon how pure it is. How much our partner is genuine", said Om

"Hann bhaiya even Priyanka is marrying na. Will you like if she will just play a role as a wife but will not get any right ", said Rudra. Shivaay and Om looked at him shocked as he talked seriously and the words had logic

"Why are you guys staring at me like this? I didn't joke", asked Rudra

"Yes, how can you say something with logic", asked Om and checked Rudra's temperature. Rudra jerked his hand and looked aside with fake anger

"I will not talk now", he said but Shivaay and Omkara pulled him in a hug

After a minute Om again thought to start a conversation

"Shivaay answer Rudra's question", said Om. Shivaay looked at them and then looked down

"I don't have any. See Om I... Still suffer from nightmares and don't know how will I accept the marriage. She will have right on this house on you all and me as well but Om love is something impossible for me", replied Shivaay in low voice. He can't fight with his brother nor he can repeat the same things which his father did. He can never love anyone when he saw love destroys everything

"Who asked you to love her? Did I? I just asked you to accept marriage and try to move on from your past. Try to behave like a couple. And every married couple is not in love Shivaay. At least you can get her trust by these", said Om who is now tired. He is trying his best to make him understand his point but Shivaay is defending himself again and again

"What I will do if I got her trust? What if she fall for me but I didn't? Do you think that she will like my priorities then? Will she compromise? Do you think she will not expect love from my side as well? I don't want her to feel trapped here", asked Shivaay and looked towards his brothers for answers now. Till now they were asking and he was answering but not anymore. He wants answers now
