Lumine's POV

500 years have passed...half a millennium of suffering. Watching the people of Khaenri'ah turn into hideous monsters...and being separated from my brother.

I clenched the quill in my hand tightly, i first arrived in this world looking for my brother. Khaenri'ah was the last nation who welcomed me, gave me aid in finding my brother. They were like my family, filling the huge hole in my heart. But that hole became bigger after they became monsters, such injustice...

From those years, i started my rebellion against the archons. Losing my former old self to extreme hatred and anger, a real life empty doll...Then again, the hole in chest was filled again. By the man behind who's talking to one of my servants...Y/B/N.

He understands the feeling of being separated by family, and he joined forces with me to rebel against the divine. To avenge her sister and of course the people of khaenri'ah, just like what my brother told me. The stories of how people fell inlove when we were in our previous world before we got separated.

My face was getting redder each second at the thought of living my life with him, i bet aether is facing the same thing with Y/N. "Princess...?" I snapped back to reality when the abyss herald poked my hair. "Ah yes of course...*cough* let's begin the meeting of our next course of action..."

I fixed my hair and Y/B/N speaked up his suggestion which was a summary of Inazuma's outskirts... Instead of listening i feel drawn to his voice...I can't lose him just like the people of Khaenri'ah, i must protect him; i hope Y/N would accept me as her sister-in-law..

"I'll head back to the HQ first.." i waved goodbye to Aether as he was carrying drunk Venti. Paimon and Amber had a argument because of the foods that were meant for everyone but now inside paimon's stomach, classic emergency food.

While walking to an alleyway, a voice called out. I turned around and saw three girls, must be the local villagers; their looks weren't happy. They didn't seem to have a vision too, what are they doing out here? Do they have a death wish of any slimes attacking them, i doubt hilichurls since they already cleared out camps nearby.

"Why do you have to be so close with the Cavalry Captain and Master Diluc?" The one in the middle asked and walked to me, oh so they're jealous. Time to copy my favorite anime scenes of protagonists dealing with bullies, and i have alot of comebacks. But play it cool, Y/N; you need to be mature dealing with these

"Close? Oh right, i was actually helping them with─" "Shut. Up." The one in the middle went over to push me harshly on the nearest wall, she's literally touching my boobs help. The left one went over to me. "You always do heroic deeds for Mondstadt, and you're very mysterious. Is it because you want to get close to the heart-throbs of Mondstadt, hm?"

"Pardon me, but I'm actually doing this for missing brother─" the right one was about to punch me but i used my fist to block it, he stumbled to the ground with the force and looked at me as if i was a parasite to society. "Tch...Let me make this easy for you oh miss Honorary Knight, if you know what we came here for then stay away from kaeya and diluc!" Her voice was filled with sarcasm when she spoke my position of the knights.
