"We've been looking everywhere!" Paimon stomped her foot, the three of us went to windrise and Stormterror's Lair but he was nowhere to be found. Not even in Jack's house, nor in Dawn Winery. "Maybe he's in the Statue of─"

"Not even close Y/N, we already went there, remember?" Aether composed himself. "No, i meant the statue in the City. The big one" i crossed my arms. "Hmm, lets try there" Aether grabbed my wrist.

"You made it, finally" Venti glanced at us, he was watching the entire city. "Just tell us what you mean next time, okay!? We looked everywhere and if it weren't for Y/N's suggestion, we would've been lost in Dadaupa Gorge!" Paimon scolded the bard.

"So, did you manage to collect your wine?" Aether put his hands on his hips. Turns out it was actually half a bottle of a regular cider, he got fired up for a wine that's actually not a rare vintage... Venti started talking about his past, like his human form which is the drunkard bard infront of us.

So my intuition was right, the old anemo archon did seal off old mondstadt. "Old Mondstadt? You mentioned it was Stormterror's Lair, right?" I put my arms behind me. "You have a great memory, Y/N. The tyrant of the winds who once ruled from that tower was Decarabian, god of storm." His voice was somber, it's rare to see him like this. He was once an elemental being before he gained became an anemo archon.

Aether: Without a human form? You mean you looked different than now?
Venti: That's right, my current form is not so different from the situation with fake Stanley. I took the form of an old friend....

Venti told us the story of the Old Monstadt and his old friend starting a rebellion against Decarabian. "But what happened to his old friend?" Paimon was curious, me and aether know that it's the same thing with the real Stanley. "Do you wish to hear the next part of the story?"

"Yes! The suspense is killing Paimon!" Paimon twirled. "Can you pick us apples? We'll give you 3/4 of the share" Aether scratched the back of his neck. "Really? You're starting to have cravings for apples?" Paimon glared at him.

"I agree with Aether, i didn't actually have that much breakfast and Apples taste good" Oh gosh, what kind of an excuse is that to get rid of a curious paimon!?. "Apologies for asking to share the Ratatouille, eventually your kindness made you a little peckish..."

"Oh, so peckish after paimon grabbed a bite of my Mushroom Pizza" Aether rolled his eyes. "Paimon did not sign up to get bullied because of appetites!" Paimon looked away from us, haha pouting child. "Alright then, i'll go fetch you both some apples." I gave her the mora and she flew to the nearest fruit stall.

"You know, you both are so smart sometimes it makes me so uncomfortable" Venti let out a somber laugh and talked about the song his old friend made. "I'm back!" Paimon came up to us with a bag filled with apples. "Oh good, hey Y/N. We'll be going back to the HQ." Aether glanced at me while he grabbed an apple out from the bag.

"Bye bye, we'll be heading off first─ Hey don't grab both! That's paimon's share!" I heard the two of them have a catfight while going down from the statue, i giggled and when i tried to leave. Venti caught my wrist, making me twirl and fall ontop of him. This time he caught me, our faces were only an inch away and his other hand rested on my waist.
