Don't choke your love forcibly.
Give it its own freedom and liberty, as much as it desires.
Then you will witness its compassion towards you.

"Don't pity yourself too much, Aru... when it occurs, I will give you a rougher time to bear, nagging you more," he simply commented.

"What?" She was stunned by his abrupt comment.

"Aru, won't you feed me as I did earlier?" Ignoring her bewilderment, he diverted her mind.

'Idiot , you better control your mouth ,'  William thought.

"Why would I feed you? Are you feeling unwell? I assume not," she furrowed her brows.

"I won't eat until you feed me, Aru," he winked at her.

"Aish, how old are you? Five years?" Extending her hand where she had put the plate earlier, she held the plate and moved towards his couch.

"I am older than you," he lordly replied.

"I don't think so," she playfully replied, starting to feed the old brat.

"You know, after so many years, someone is feeding me," he ironically blurted out, where despair was clearly evident in his eyes.

'After so many years, you're feeding me again,' William thought.

"Hmmm, who last fed you? Your mom?" She faintly asked with a genuine smile.

"No... the person who is really close to my heart. My parents never had time for me," he bitterly chuckled at her.

"I am sorry," she sighed, fidgeting with her dress.

"Don't be sorry because now I am happy," he showed his toothy smile, glittering with happiness.

"Everything does not last long, William. Still, we always have to move forward," she huffed, recalling her cherished memories.

"But in our lives, we often have a few things that we can't move forward from," he truthfully replied. He never overlooked her; rather, he cherished her in his heart, even after she left him without further notice.

"Perhaps you are right. Henceforth, you can't stay in your past forever... you should cherish your present and future because the past only gives us harrowing memories, and once it becomes unbearable to endure further," she softly smiled at him, continuing her words.

"William, life is difficult. Every step is full of hurdles and difficulties. If you don't confront them now, one day they will swallow you. So always fight, but don't become ferocious to the point where you stumble on your own lace, William. This society will try to shape you according to their own choice, but it depends on us how we behave and treat everyone." She sweetly smiled at him, placing the plate on the table since she had finished feeding him.

"If I say everything does not depend on us, let me explain. Sometimes society becomes excessively dominant over someone, forcing them to become someone they never desired to be. Subsequently, they turn into a merciless, ruthless devil with a wicked mind. How can they regain their old personality, the one they were accustomed to with their loved ones? Will their loved ones accept them as they are now? Tell me, Aru." His stoic face didn't reflect any emotions except emptiness, and he was growing restless inside.

"I am eagerly waiting for your explanation, Aru. I have endured agony all these past years. This society has pushed me so hard that it turned me into a devil. Even after becoming this devil, I still long for you because you are the only light in my dark world. This devil is brutal and savage, but he is also madly in love..." - William
