The next days feels so weird. Okay naman ang lahat, wala namang nagbago, ganoon parin, but I can feel that something is off, or paranoid lang ako?

From Muse:
Ate Heart! Mommy is expecting you to come! Please don't disappoint my poor mother.

Napabuntong hininga ako at napahilot sa aking sentido. Muse have been sending me texts lately, lahat ng mga texts niya ay pinipilit niya akong pumunta sa dinner nila sa susunod na araw, which is happening this week.

I disagreed, I actually really declined her invitation for several times now, but she just won't stop. Nabasa ko na ang ikakasal pala ay si Adonis sa invitation na binigay niya, well the invitation is not made for the wedding but for the said dinner instead. It actually amused me, dahil pati dinner may invitation.

Instead of replying, I chose to ignore her new message and proceed doing my work. I am working with my new set of designs for our almost done project, may gusto raw'ng palitan si Cian mula sa nauna kong naipasa ko sa kaniyang mga designs. I didn't complain though, besides I love this part of my work.

"Babe, may i-me-meet akong client sa Manila this Thursday."

Napahinto ako sa paglalaro kay Lex dahil sa sinabi niya. Laxus seemed to expect me to react this way, kaya di na niya pinansin ang pagkatigil ko.

Nandito kami ngayon sa sala, the three of us decided to watch a movie after we ate our dinner. Walang pasok si Lex bukas kaya okay lang, and it's been months since the last time we spend a quality time together-- the three of us perhaps.

Nakakandong sa akin si Lex habang si Laxus naman ay nasa tabi ko at nakaakbay sa backrest ng sofang kinauupuan namin.

"Really? Goodluck then, kailan ka babalik?" I asked, ignoring the rising distress in me.

He chuckled near my ear. "Please do me a favor, my soon to be wife."

Napalunok ako, I'm not sure why I suddenly felt uncomfortable. Pero pinilit ko ang sarili kong ngumiti sa kaniya, showing him that I don't find him calling me his soon to be wife a bothersome, while in fact it does... a lot.

I made this decision, and I shouldn't be like this. I reminded myself.

"I want to bring you and Lex with me, please? Sama kayo sa akin?" Malambing niyang sabi at hinalikan pa ang pisnge ko.

Napahigpit ang hawak ko kay Lex, napatitig sa akin si Lex kaya medyo kumalma ako, thankfully the sudden tightening of my grip didn't hurt him.

What should I do? Tinanggihan ko nga si Muse dahil sa Manila gaganapin iyong dinner tapos...

At the end, Pumayag din ako sa gusto ni Laxus. And Lex looks so excited about it, mukhang ang saya-saya neto. I can't blame the kid, he was just always at home and school since he knows how to walk, nakapasyal naman kami sa mga tourist spot dito sa Davao pero kung sa ibang lugar na sobrang malayo ang pag-uusapan ay hindi pa.

Laxus had decided to advance our flight, instead of Thursday, we flew our way in Manila at Wednesday night. At dahil alam na alam ni Laxus na pagod kaming dalawa ni Lex ay buong araw kaming nagpahinga kinabukasan, he cancelled his meeting just to be with us without my knowledge, nalaman ko lang kinagabihan.
