A beautiful girl greeted me as the gentle wind blew her hair. Her well-proportioned figure basked in the warmth of the sun in golden shades. Her smile, though, was the one glowing even more than the sun.
"Nanase."
She pouted.
"Why don't you call me Tsubasa, senpai? Even though you call that red-haired bi– runt by her first name!", she said.
These girls really are annoying.
"Fine. So what is it, Tsubasa?", I said.
"Hmm~"
She walked towards the railings as she looked ahead of the golden horizon. Her eyes shining that you could clearly see stars in it.
"You know, senpai, we've been pretty close right?", she asks without looking back.
"Hm."
A heavy sigh is released from her small mouth as she closes her eyes.
"Senpai... I... I–"

"Don't interrupt me, senpai!", she said while glaring at me.

Ring~ Ring~
"Uh... Nevermind that. Continue."
I didn't reach for my phone because obviously this girl might throw it to the ocean.

She turned her whole body towards me. With her gripped knuckles, she breathed in and out. That was really a long one.
"Senpai. I like you!"
She said while bowing her head.
"...Tsubasa."
"No. I love you, senpai."

I was speechless.
Of course, I would be.
