-3rd Person-

As Kol and Davina were setting up for the spell, trailing a connecting line from Beth to the circle formed on both sides of the barrier. Things were getting more heated in the factions between vampire and werewolf. Joshua managed to break it up and stop Aiden from being vampire food but he forgot for a moment his own urges, that was till Klaus stopped him.

"Joshua." Klaus stepped in front of the young vampire "You get away from him right now." Marcel and Gi held onto two struggling vamps.

"Davina! Start the spell!" Marcel shouted. Davina glanced up fear creeping forward. She and Kol lit the candles and then began to work and stated chanting as Hayley and Klaus watched on standing by the unconscious Beth. There was a gust of wind and they stopped. David went to raise her hand

"Davina, No!" Kol shouted but nothing happened, well their hands touched with no rebuttal from the spell.

"Okay, Jack now!" Hayley ordered

"Come on let's go!" Jack called ushering his fellow wolves out of the compound and through the barrier.

"Remember sixty seconds!" Kol stated as all but the vampires left. Klaus smirked and sped forward

"Change of plans brother." he threw Kol back into the middle and he landed next to Beth. "I no longer have to treat you like anything but the treacherous liar you truly are." Klaus retorted as Kol sat up

"What the bloody hell?"

"Where is she?" Klaus questioned. Kol looked over at the sheltered vampires

"please, they'll kill him." Davina pleaded

"It's not them he has to worry about. See being around Beth I've picked up a couple of things, like how to break a ravenous tribrid out of spell such as that." he pointed to the broken circle "I know you Kol witches body or not, your not fearful of much, what's your guess on how pissed she'll be when Marcel tells her how her dearest Kol betrayed her dearest Rebekah? She wanted us to stand united and guess who was the first to break rank? Rebekah never made it to her new body, did she. Seeing as you cast the spell and, well, you're you I'd hardly call it an uncrackable case."

"Rebekah is fine Nik, it was a prank. Nothing more than what you lot have done to me. But I guess it's different when it one...Ah." Kol winced the spell was back up

"Barriers back up." Klaus commented as his eyes drifted behind him "And those vampires look, oh, so hungry." there was a small groan

"Not to mention Bethany. I was willing to welcome you back into my home. But you had to return to your selfish petty jealousies. Well let's see how well you survive when you're stuck in there."

--Beth---

I groaned and sat up, what the hell had happened. I looked around I saw Kol backing up towards me.

"Kol? What's going on?" I mumbled

"I've hit a bit of a snag, any chance you can you know help and not kill me?" he breathed standing behind me. I saw the other vampires stalking towards us. I stood up. I held up my hands and pushed them forward sending them back. It drained me as I stumbled towards Kol.

"Come on" he helped me away and into a room

"Why do I have the feeling I've missed something crucial?" I groaned dropping onto the bed of my room and Kol closed the doors.

"You could say that."

"Where's Nik and Hayley, and the wolves. I didn't see them?" I questioned feeling humanly rough. Kol helped me lay down

"Easy, Nik snapped your neck then I channelled you to bring down the barrier, your hunger is nothing compared to what you're feeling right now."  he sat next to me

"You brought it down?" i smiled weakly

"I did, it turns out Finn used your necklace to make you weak then messed with the other vampires I helped bring the barrier down but then Nik may have found out about my prank on Rebekah." he moved the pillows.

"Wait, what prank?" How long have I been out, it feels like I've missed an entire movie and the plot of it.

"Well, Bethy boo. I may have helped sis into another body just not the one i promised at little evening the score if you will." he explained my eyes dropped

"Kol...why?" I mumbled falling back asleep

Meanwhile Klaus was at the cemetery on the phone with Elijah, he explained everything that he now knew.

"Elijah. I need you to trust me. I can handle finding Rebekah and when Beth has her full faculties again she can handle herself." Nik tried to pacify his brother

"Brother, you are asking me to do nothing." Elijah replied

"Elijah, right now the most important thing is that you are there protecting your son, your daughter and your niece." Klaus answered

"So be it. I shall remain here with the hopelessly courageous Camille and the ever watchful Stefan. The certainly have charisma even if the do lack stealth." Elijah turned around to face the two "Let me call you back." he hung up

"Don't kill her, it looks like the rest of your family are very fond of her." Stefan commented then went back inside

"I'm sorry I thought you had left." Camille stated

"It is I who owe you the apology. My sister is missing, my wife is in trouble. My family in jeopardy. I am utterly powerless to help them. This is not the state of affairs I am accustomed to." Elijah confessed "Perhaps I'm not weathering this ordeal as well as one would hope. Forgive me." he looked down ashamed by his actions.

"If you ever want to talk about it. It's kind of what I do." Cami offered

Back at the compound Beth woke up once more but she wasn't as groggy as the last time. She walked out to look over the vampires and stood next to Kol. he backed up a little

"You have nothing to fear from me, my sleep helped me fight off the spell that was causing so much trouble." she told him "But you better start explain why the hell you messed with Rebekah."
