The hours of waiting slowly turned into minutes.

Then minutes into seconds.

Then before I knew it was being swept down the isle on my dads arm.

It felt like I was only just seated in Kylie's makeup chair while Jacks mum fixed my hair. It felt like only a few seconds ago I was still a little girl, dreaming for this day to come.

I looked around at the friends and family gathered and smiled to myself.

Then I looked up and my eyes met his. He looked to me in awe, his lips parting slightly as he smiled.

Butterflies started to bloom in my stomach, erupting into a sense of nervousness I've never had before.

I saw Johnson and he smiled an assuring smile.

I saw Kylie in her bridesmaid dress smiling at me as well.

Everything was going so fast and before I knew it I was standing in front of him, saying our I dos.

And when we kissed, it was like the first time all over again.
