High School Life!

[3rd Person POV]

It's been a year and a half since the graduation, Our two protagonists, (Y/N) and Ichika went to separate schools.

(Y/N) Shoyo is at Asahiyama High School with his long-time best friend, Fuutarou Uesugi.

Fuutarou Uesugi, is known to be at the top of his grade academically, regularly securing perfect grades. Despite having an exceptional academic background, he only has one friend in school, and only his father, sister, (Y/N), and Junichi are listed in his phone contacts.

Ichika Nakano is at Kurobara Girls High School with her sisters. That school is an elite all-girl school typically attended by rich families.

Even though they no longer see each other every day back when they were in class or in the same school, they would still text each other and would try to hang out if both of them aren't busy.

Our two protagonists did a lot since they graduated middle school, they took their dreams seriously. They're focusing on achieving their dreams.

Ichika's dream is to be a star in the world of acting, while (Y/N)'s dream is to be a world MMA champion.

Today, it's the weekdays, where all students must attend schools, (Y/N) is no exception to that.

(Y/N) is at school right now, it's lunch period. He is late going to the cafeteria.

(Y/N) told by Ichika that she and her sisters got expelled by their school. Ichika didn't tell (Y/N) which school they will be transferred to, it leaves (Y/N) with curious thoughts.

As he got his food, he is on his way to eat with Fuutarou.

As he is going to the table where he and Fuutarou usually sit, he can hear some gossip from his fellow students.

He keeps hearing from his classmates that Fuutarou is sitting with a girl. It actually surprises (Y/N), because he knows that Fuutarou would always prefer solitude and make no effort on making friends.

He finally sits down with Fuutarou as he puts down his lunch at the table. As usual, he is studying while eating.

"I hope you already know it's rude and impolite that you're studying in the middle of lunch, Fuutarou."

"You're not the first one to say that today."

"Is it the transferee student? Where is she now?"

"I don't know and don't care."

"Let me guess, you said something rude, haven't you?"

"She ordered way too much, I just told her she'll gain weight if she keeps that up."

"Why am I not surprised..."

Fuutarou's phone's ringtone suddenly rang, meaning somebody texted him. He then checked his phone and saw it was Raiha, his sister who texted him.

"Sorry, (Y/N), I'm gonna make a phone call."

"Go ahead, I'll wait."

Fuutarou nods as he then went outside to call Raiha. (Y/N) is just sitting there alone at the table.

(Y/N) is now eating his lunch as he is waiting for Fuutar-

"Excuse me, is this seat taken?"

For (Y/N), the voice sounds familiar to him, he slowly looked up, he saw the person's uniform. It is definitely not from Asahiyama. But he knows he saw that uniform before.

As he then looked up again to see the person's face, he widens his eyes as he realized who it is.

"Ara ara~ did I surprise you?" Ichika Nakano, the girl with the light pink short-haired girl that has a single long strand on the right side. is now here at Asahiyama High School.
