RECAP
"You're gonna kill yourself sooner or later by doing that" he said as the grabbed the vape out of my hand.
"What the fuck do you think you're doing!?" I raised my voice
"You'll thank me later bubs" He said
"Don't call me that" I said with little emotion
PRESENT
We sat in silence for a few minutes, not awkward silence it was comfortable.
"Rae please tell me what's going on" Josh begged
I shook my head no in response
"Please. You can trust me. I promise" I looked at him considering opening up to him
But I still wasn't fully convinced that I could tell him..
"I won't tell anyone..." he said
I raised my eyebrows in surprise.
"I-I-I" I started but couldn't get the words out
He grabbed my hand and rubbed the back of it with his thumb.
Tears began to well up in my eyes. Josh put his index finger on the bottom of my chin moving my head to face him. He saw the tears in my eyes and looked at me in sadness.
"You can trust me. I won't judge" He reassured me
"If I tell you you're gonna make me get help" I said
"It depends what it is" he started
"But now you have to tell me because now i know it's serious"
I sighed not wanted to tell him. If I tell him I will be forced to eat and won't look like those models
He looked at me desperately. Does he really care about me?
"Uh fine I guess I'll say it"
"Um please don't tell anyone" I said as I put out my pinky finger and seconds later he connected his.
"well um"
"I kinda stopped eating.." I stated
