Haise activates Flaming fists and catches the blade in between his hands. Stain smiles as he them puts his hand out and increase the intensity of the flames and they burst out into an erosion sending Haise flying back.

Stain: What I left out is I can control the intensity and temperature of the flames from a distance with my chakra. When I increase it by a-lot and in a short time it's like an explosion.
Haise slowly gets up while looking at stain.
Shisui: I appreciate you telling me all of this. But why are you telling me all of this exactly.

While I agree with you on how their are a-lot of hero's who are fake I don't think killing them is the right way. Thought they might be fake they are still hero's, so I belive that means they have a chance at changing.
Stain begins to laugh.
Stain: Yes this is what I like about you. The clash of our ideals is amazing. I'm coming at you with everything I've got. SO DONT YOU DARE DIE ON ME SHISUI-SAN.
Shisui draws out his sword and then the two begin their clash.
