About five months ago, I've packed my whole life into boxes and moved only thirty minutes away onto campus. Even though that may not seem to be a lot for certain people, it definitely is for me. And now that the finals are over and I've finished my first set of exams, I'm doing it all over again.

Have a great moving day and say hi to Jace for me! Look forward to seeing you soon. I smile at the text I receive from my mom.

After I close the last box with my belongings inside, I type my answer. Thank you mom. I love you.

I get up from the floor I was previously sitting on and lay my hands on my hips. I feel like I only had a brief experience in this room, but I want to take the moment in, so I can still remember it. Who knows how long I'll be staying with Jace anyway. College goes on for another two and a half years, a lot can happen in that time. I don't want to think negatively, but I want to stay realistic.

"Ready baby?" Jace says, as he enters the room. I startle slightly when I see him, since I was so deep in thought.

"I'm ready" I smile at him as he kissed my head.

"Hello" Austin chirps in from behind Jace. "Here to help" he adds.

"Hey Austin" I say, not knowing he was going to be here. I look around the room and notice I really don't have that many boxes and bags. Jace and I could've easily managed by ourselves.  "You didn't have to come. I really don't have that much stuff, I feel bad. We would have been fine" I say, feeling bad for him having to do the hard work.

"You think I'm letting you carry the heavy boxes? Come on, I'm too much of a gentleman for that" Jace smirks at me and I look at him surprised.

"What, you just want me to watch? No way, I'm helping" I insist.

"I don't think this is a fight you can win, Mila" Austin chuckles. "It's no worries, we got it."

"Yeah. If you want to help you can go unlock the car and open the trunk" Jace says, throwing his keys at me.

"Fine. Thank you guys" I give up. I walk past the boys and do as I'm told. I know the guys are only being gentleman, but this boy and girl tasks thing doesn't usually sit right with me. I'm an independent woman who can carry her own boxes. Most of the time.

Arriving at the Q5 I press the button on the keys to open the car as well as the trunk. I pull the backseats down, so there's more room. Looking at the amount of space in that car, I doubt we'll even have to make two tours.

"On your left" Austin reminds me, as I quickly move out of the way. One by one, the boys carry my bags and boxes to the car. At least they're letting me organise the inside of it, so everything can fit perfectly.
