'What..'
'I can show you your mother.'
I ran over to him bouncing up and down in excitement.
'Yes yes please..'
He smiled as he got out his book. The bright light showed as we went back. I couldn't wait to see my mother. I found myself in a house surrounded by weapons.
'Techno! Where's my dagger?!'

I turned around to find an angry blonde looking through a chest.
'Maybe where you left it!'
'You don't take my dagger techno!'
I looked over at Karl seeing him nod. I slowly got closer. She turned around exposing her face to me. She looked beautiful. Her dirty blonde hair flowed past her shoulders, her dark blue eyes stared deeply past me. I turned around to see a younger version of dad.
'Clara I don't have your daggers.'
'Well maybe your friend took them when he came to stay.'

'Phil wouldn't take your daggers.'
She grunted angrily at the statement.
I smiled it was amazing to see her for once. I turned to Karl.
'Couldn't we save her.?'
'That would break the timeline.'
'Oh..'
he put his hand on my shoulder stopping the scene playing out before us.
'She wasn't meant to die.'
'What.?'
'Someone before me changed the timeline to make it so she would die.'
I looked up at my mother seeing how full of life she was. Someone wanted her dead and they succeeded.

'She wasn't meant to die..'
'She's the angel of life. With her gone anyone could punish people.'
I didn't want to be here anymore. The more I looked into her eyes the more I saw her pain.
'I want to go..'
'Don't you want to watch the scene?'
I grab his book opening it trying to leave.
'Tommy no!'
I woke up feeling my head hurt. The book was in my hands still.
'Tommy.?'
I looked up seeing Karl kneeling beside me.
'What..happened..'
'You used the book..'
'So..'
'I'm the only one who can use it. It could seriously damage you. How do you feel?'
'Head hurts everything's very blurry..'

He sighed taking the book from my hand.
'Now I have to figure out when we are.'
I sat up looking around a the grass. It didn't look right. That's when I heard shouts.
'Tommy quick get up!'
I watched him run behind a tree as the shouts got closer. I turned around to see someone charging towards me.
'Tommy!'
I got up seeing someone familiar in the crowds.
'Mum!'

I ran towards her seeing her focus on me.
I smiled not noticing her get out a sword.
She held it against my throat.
'Who are you?!'
I looked towards Karl. I should've listened to him. This was bad.
'Look at me when I'm talking to you!'
'Yes ma'am.. I'm..Theseus..'
She stared at me.

'You can't be Theseus. Theseus isn't nearly as grown up as you. He's at home with techno.'
'I'm..the future Theseus..'
She lowered her sword. Letting me calm down a bit.
'Your friend can come out.'
I nodded at Karl seeing him come towards us. He was still cautious but she wouldn't attack her son.
'Hi mum..'
'So your from the future?'
'Yep..'
'You've grown up very nicely I did a good job.'
'You didn't..'
She turned at me.
'What?'
I felt Karl tugging on my jumper telling me to stop talking. I needed her in the future. I have to tell her. Yet Karl interrupted.
'You got badly hurt and you and techno couldn't look after him so he got raised by someone else.'

She stood there shocked. I don't think she was expecting this. That's when I felt something pierce my skin. Warm started staining my shirt. I turned around to find an army stood behind us.
'Tommy stay very still ok..'
Something was in my back. It had gone straight through.
'We have to leave Clara. But please make sure you don't die. He'll need you later on..'

She nodded as she dodged the arrows.
