Dyanna and Talisa were sitting in the library. Dyanna was getting frustrated in learning Valyrian. "Maybe we should take a break."
"I will learn Valyrian." Talisa smiled. "Of course, my lady. You have the best teacher in the whole seven Kingdom."
Dyanna was struggling in saying some words in Valyrian. Talisa smile. "It's a very old language." Dyanna sigh.
"A language I will conquer." Dyanna spoke like a true warrior.
"I believe that, but you need a break Dyanna. When was the last time you relaxed." Talisa said. Dyanna sigh and looked back. The moment the royal family visited her home she never felt safe.
"I don't remember." Dyanna whisper. Talisa looked at Dyanna. She knew how much pain this woman had gone through. How much she fought to keep her family close.
"Well, how about some stories... about the stark children growing up. I do want to know how my husband was like as a child." Talisa smile. Dyanna smile. The thought of them being kids brought smiles to her face. It felt like years past and desperately wanting to go back in time.
"Robb, was the golden boy... everyone loved Robb. I mean how can't you. He was the heir of Winterfell. The eldest son of Eddard Stark. Robb and I would crack some jokes when we were kids. But he was always risk away. Either by his mother or other Sers." Dyanna stop and looked at Talisa. She nodded and encouraged her to continued her story.
"Robb had duties to learn. He had to learn how to be a lord. For that day, that his father was gone he will take Winterfell... so that left Jon. Always sulking in the corner while everyone around him was having fun. I wanted to have fun. Robb being risk away only left Jon. So... Jon and I spent a lot of time together when we were children. Riding our horses in the courtyard. Swinging our swords around. Just don't tell lady Catelyn." Talisa laugh. She notice Dyanna smile and couldn't be happy to see her smile.
"Then more Stark children came along. The fun didn't stop. Sansa never like playing with us. She didn't want to get her dress dirty. But Arya...Arya was." Dyanna smile disappeared. She couldn't talk about her sister. After Kingslanding, the death of Lord Stark, Sansa being left behind and not knowing where Arya was. It brought back the reality that she so much wanted to disappear.
"We were just kids. Robb and Jon they were just boys." Dyanna gave a small sad smile to Talisa. "Boys that had to grow up fast."
It was quiet between them. Just sulking in each other's company.
But it didn't last long.
"Your grace, my lady. You are needed by King Robb." Daryn stared at Dyanna. Dyanna knew something was wrong.
They quickly follow Daryn and entered a room. Robb, Catelyn, the Blackfish were present.
