The day after the incident Rodrigo checked the radio just in case someone tried to contact them early. Luna began to open her eyes and struggle against the rope that restrained her. Rodrigo looked at her "don't try anything just go back to sleep for the sake of both of us" luna scowled "let me go fucker or Jaiden will kick your ass!" Rodrigo raised an eyebrow "just calm down and Jaiden won't do anything because he agrees with us" Luna kept struggling until Isaac and Jaiden came out of the trees with some rabbits. Luna looked at them "what the hell Jaiden!?" Jaiden looked at her "well you shot that little girl so the least I could do was help them" luna mumbled, "it's not my fault she got in the way!" Rodrigo looked at her "it sounds like you're blaming us" Luna continued to struggle "because it is your fault! You stole our stuff" Isaac walked over and untied her "look we're not going to argue or keep you tied up but we are going to hold on to your gun until we feel like you can use it without endangering anybody" luna looked at him "yeah whatever, Dick" she walked off into the trees. Isaac looked at Jaiden "so what's her problem?" Jaiden shrugged "she's always been like that so don't take it personally" Isaac nodded "oh alright... I'm gonna go check on misty" Jaiden nodded "yeah and I'll dress these rabbits" Isaac nodded and walked over to the pickup truck. "Hey, misty... How's Amile?" Misty sighed and looked at him "I don't know... I got her as stable as possible but her left eye is gone and she's still out cold" Isaac touched her shoulder "misty how about you take a break I'll watch mil" misty shook her head "no I need to stay beside him-" misty yawned and rubbed her eyes. Isaac looked at her "you're obviously tired" misty mumbled "no I'm not... I'll be fine" Isaac sighed "Okay, how about this? you go to sleep next to me and if anything changes with amile then I'll wake you up immediately." Misty took a minute to think then nodded "okay" she and Isaac sat down against the sides of the pickup truck's bed. After a while, misty fell asleep in a matter of minutes with her head slipping onto Isaac's shoulder. Rodrigo walked by and noticed the two. He looked at Isaac and repeated what Isaac said to him a few days ago. "so you and misty, huh?" Isaac chuckled "No but I'll admit it I do like her" Rodrigo looked at him "All alright then well I'm gonna go and check the radio again" Isaac nodded "alright"

Rodrigo walked back to the radio and turned the dial. Static crackled as he moved the dial and after checking each channel. a scratchy voice finally spoke. "Hello? If someone can hear us please send a message" cole looked at Rodrigo and turned the transmitter on. "Hello... We can hear you" the voice crackled "understood, is this the group that asked for help?" Cole looked at Rodrigo then the transmitter "yeah... Who Is This?" "My name is Alfred and I want to help" "alright then where are you?" A few seconds of silence passed "on the way to Tusla since that's where your message said that you were at, right?" "Yeah..." "I'll be there in an hour so just wait... Heh..." The radio went back to static as Rodrigo looked at it. "Guess we should start packing our shit up" cole nodded "yeah I'll inform everyone" cole started telling everyone about the message and what the man said. Isaac looked at cole as he walked over "What's up?" Cole looked at him "our message was heard" Isaac raised an eyebrow "it was?" Cole nodded "some guy named Alfred is coming to help us" Isaac talked in a surprised tone "holy shit really!?" "Yeah" Isaac looked at misty then cole "I should probably wake her up" Cole shook his head "let her sleep the guy won't be here for another hour" Isaac nodded "yeah alright" cole took a moment to think "hey Isaac?" "Yeah?" Cole sighed "should I tell our guests about the message?" "Tell them they can come with us if they want" cole nodded "yeah okay" cole walked over into the trees where Jaiden was dressing rabbits. Cole called out to him "hey man can we talk?" Jaiden turned his head "what's up?" "Isaac wanted me to tell you that you can come with us if you want" Jaiden sighed "I'll have to talk to luna" cole nodded "alright just think about it" cole walked off

Jaiden finished dressing the rabbits after thirty minutes and took them back to the others. "Here you go" he handed the rabbits to Rodrigo. Rodrigo nodded "thank" Jaiden looked at him "yeah... You're welcome" he walked into the forest and looked for luna. After twenty minutes he found her sitting by a tree trunk. He sat beside her "hey" luna spoke quietly "hey..." Jaiden sighed "they said we could join them if we want" luna looked at him "the fuck!?" Jaiden put his hands up in a defensive position "hey they're the ones who offered" luna yelled "they killed two of our group" Jaiden sighed "luna... I know what happened but they're all we can count on now" luna got more agitated "shut up! Just because you're my older brother doesn't mean you know what's best" Jaiden touched her shoulder "luna please just liste-" he was cut off by a gunshot. "Shit come on luna we don't have time to argue" he grabbed her hand and dragged her to the trees surrounding the camp to see three guys holding Emma, Alice, and misty. Isaac had his revolver aimed at them and yelled "let them go!" A man with scruffy hair and beard spoke with a scratchy voice "how about you drop your weapons before we kill these girls" Luna looked at Jaiden "should we help?" Jaiden pulled out a pistol"I hope you're still a good shot" he handed her the pistol "you'll sneak your way up to them then shoot" luna nodded and moved to a blindspot. As she moved she saw Cole on the ground with blood pouring from his knee. She gagged a little and aimed at one of the guys. She took a breath and shot the man holding Emma hostage while Rodrigo shot the guy restraining Alice. As it happened Isaac aimed and shot the man. "Fucking asshole" Misty ran to Isaac and hugged him as the man fell back dead. Emma moved away and Alice thanked Rodrigo. Emma thanked luna and hugged her. Luna surprisingly hugged Emma back. "You're welcome" Jaiden walked over "so who were those guys?" cole looked at him "that was Alfred he was gonna use those three for his dirty desire. Alice looked at the pickup truck where the kids and daisy were huddled together. Isaac grabbed his keys. "Grab the food and get in the cars we're leaving..." Everyone did so and luna sighed. "Jaiden we're going with them" Jaiden nodded and got in the cars with everyone
