11| Sick day

I woke up and felt like crap, I went to the bathroom and took a shower I got dressed and went downstairs

Derek was in the kitchen making breakfast

"You okay? You look a little pale" he asked

"Yea I just feel a little sick"

"Okay well maybe eating something will help eat this," he said and put a plate of pancakes in front of me

"Thank you"

"Of course," he said and kissed my head and put a cup of coffee in front of me

I started eating my breakfast and once I finished I heard one of the triplets crying

"Can you get him? I don't wanna get them sick" I stated

"Yea, you should get some rest"

He went into the triplets nursery and I went upstairs to our room and put on some pyjamas since I'm not going to work today

I called in sick and asked Bailey you take my surgery's

As breastfeeding goes my breast started to hurt so I pumped three bottles and went downstairs to put them in the fridge

When I walked into the kitchen I saw Derek sitting at the table with Sullivan sleeping on his chest

I put the bottles in the fridge and went back upstairs to my room, I felt something in my stomach and ran to the bathroom and threw up

Once I finished I wiped my mouth and washed my hands and went back to bed and tried getting some sleep

After an hour of laying in bed I couldn't sleep I'm exhausted but everything time I close my eyes about to fall asleep I get a pinching feeling in my stomach
All I want to do is sleep but my body won't even let me do that, I would go get some medicine but even moving a little bit caused piercing pain so I couldn't do that so I just laid in bed not moving

I was just about to fall asleep without the pain but the door opened

"Still feeling sick?"

"Yea" I sighed

"Well I brought out some soup," he said and placed a bowl of soup on the nightstand and sat on the edge of the bed

He picked up the spoon and said "open"

"Derek I can feed myself"

"That's okay but still open"

I opened my mouth and he put the spoon in my mouth I closed my mouth and tasted the delicious warm soup

He fed me the rest of the soup once I finished I laid down and closed my eyes he got up and went to the other side of the bed

He got under the covers and wrapped his arms around me he pressed a lingering kiss on my head and I fell asleep

I woke up about 3 hours later I looked to my right Derek was gone he must've gone to check on the boys I laid back down and tried falling back asleep

But once again there was that pinching feeling in my stomach, I started to feel a feeling in my stomach and throat I ran to the bathroom and threw up in the toilet once I was finished I got up and undressed and got in the hot shower I washed my body with vanilla body wash and my hair with lavender shampoo and conditioner
