I walked into the living room and put the twins in their swings and then went and sat on the couch as I watched the boys play for a bit.
"Okay so everyone should be here by one pm and Amelia will probably be here first because she has no to kids the get ready and she lives the closest to us," Derek said as he came into the living room and sat next to me on the couch.
"Are you still upset that she got pregnant?" I asked him as I leaned back into the couch
"No, as long as he stays and does his duty as a father then I won't have to kick his ass," he said as he smirked at me
"Yes, but it would be hot to see you kick his ass like you did Daniel" I smiled
"I thought you were mad at me for that," he said as he sat closer to me
"I was, but I also found it incredibly sexy" I whispered in his ear
"Mm," he moaned as he leaned down and sucked on my neck as swirled his tongue around my soft skin.
And then there was a knock at the door
"Amelia" he groaned as he pulled back from my neck
"Go get the door," I said as I lightly slapped him on the shoulder
"Fine" he sighed and got up and went to answer the door
"I'm here!" Amelia said as she walked with a man who I'm assuming is link her boyfriend into the room as soon as Derek opens the door she went over to the triplets, ignoring Derek
"Well good to know someone like our kids than us" Derek smiled a bit
"Auntie Amy!" The boys cheered as they ran and gave Amelia a hug
"Did you miss me?" She asked as she crouched down to their level
"No" Derek answered as he came and sat next to me
"Yea!" The boys all said
"Good" she smiled
"It's like we're not even here" Derek smiled as he looked at me and put his arm around my waist
"She's always loved the boys" I smiled as I watched them show Amelia their toys.
"So you must be link?" I said as I put my hand out for him to shake as he stood there awkwardly
"Yea, nice to meet you, Meredith is it?" He asked as he shook my hand
"Yes" I smiled as I let go of his hand I looked at Derek who was glaring at him
"And this is my husband, Derek Shepherd," I said as I put my hand on Derek's back and pushed him towards link
"Nice to meet you" he smiled and put up his hand but Derek glared at him still
"Derek, be nice we've talked about this" I whispered in his ear
"Nice to meet you too" he falsely Smiled at him and Amelia watched closely to make sure Derek wouldn't 'accidentally' kill him
"Have a seat" I smiled and gestured to the couch that was behind where Amelia was Sitting
"Don't worry, my sister-in-law's the nice one" I heard her whisper to him as he nodded his head and started talking to Sullivan who surprisingly liked him. Sullivan usually hates new people.
"So we're having thanksgiving almost a month late?" Carolyn said from the kitchen
"Yea, we couldn't do it when it was actually thanksgiving because we lived in Russia and Meredith's family doesn't really do thanksgiving because most of her brothers are somewhere else around the world" Derek answered
