Jangmi suddenly choked on her foods as the flavor was spicy to her. She put down her bowl and looked for her drink but it was already empty. Riki squickly stood up and went toward the kitchen to take for her drink-

"Why don't you tell me that you can't handle the spiciness?"

"I didn't expect it would be that spicy, "Jangmi said and cupped her face when the flavor was slowly hurting her.

"Drink this." He put banana milk on the table making Jangmi looked at it for a moment,

Is this the banana milk that Hwayoung gave to him earlier?

"I have chocolate. Do you want it?"
Jangmi nodded in response and watched Riki until he was gone from her vision.

Jangmi drank the banana milk and let out a deep breath when the flavor was starting to fade away. She looked at the milk, biting her lips-

Stop overthinking...

Jangmi was startled when she heard a call coming from his phone. She looked at it and realized it was Yunjin, Riki's deskmate.

"Riki, Yunjin is calling you."

"Can you answer it for me?"

"What if he notices me?"

"Tell him that you are my maid."

Jangmi nodded and answered the call awkwardly.

"Jang Hwayoung~"

"Hwayoung, what are you doing now?"

"Wanna hang out? Tell me about your feeling when you met that new girl today."

"Both of you look suit together."

"Jang Hwayoung and Nishimura Riki."

"That's great."

Jangmi bit her lips, didn't give any response.
As soon as Riki came to her, she quickly gave his phone to him and let him answered the call.

"Stop talking nonsense, Yunjin."

"Why did you call me by her name?"

"You are so annoying."

"I was just sending her home bastard. She got hurt on her knee. I saw her and what do you expect me to do? Knock her with my bike?"

"I don't want to hang out with you." Riki ended up the call and threw his phone on the couch before continue eating his food again. He took a glance at Jangmi and noticed that the girl
look upset and sad all of a sudden.

"What's wrong?"

Jangmi back to her sense and shook her head,
"Nothing."

"This is why I don't want to interact with a girl in front of my friends. They will tease and ship me with her. So annoying."

"But both of you look good together." Jangmi tried to tease him as a way to brighten the situation although she didn't mean the word that she told him.

"I thought you will be on my side."

"Hwayoung is innocent and cute. Don't you think the same?"

"I don't know."Riki changed the topic.

Jangmi faked a laugh.
"I saw you with her earlier. You helped her to get on your bike."
