The sound of the front door opening echoed through the big cozy home, alerting Y/N that Chris is home  from his walk with Dodger. She quickly grabbed the box that was on the kitchen island and hid it one of the cabinets before getting back to chopping the veggies for dinner.

Chris was busy taking  off  his coat and shoes. Dodger didn't wait for his master to go see Y/N. The dog trotted in the kitchen where he happily wagged his tail as he was getting showered with affection from Y/N.

"You're spoiling him" Chris chuckled as he saw you give dodger a treat.

"He deserves them, he's such a good boy" You said, rubbing behind his ears.

Chris couldn't help but laugh before asking his wife, "Do I get any treats?"

Y/N stood up and finally laid her eyes on him. Her heart started beating faster as se he saw him standing there in his navy blue sweatpants and his illegally tight tee shirt that stretched along his broad and toned chest. A  playful smirk on his lips and his blue eyes sparkled.

"What kind of treats do you want then?" Y/N couldn't help but tease him a bit.

Chris wrapped her in his arms tightly, letting his large hands grab her round cheeks in his hands. He squeezed softly before leaning down and whispering "I think you know that too well."

She blushed before pulling him down and attaching her lips to his in soft kiss. His hands pulled her flush against his body as he kissed her back and slide his tongue into her mouth. The feeling of his tongue inside her mouth made her moan and when dodger heard the noise, he instantly barked at Chris before growling.

"What the heck?" Chris muttered as he pulled away.

Dodger put himself in front of Y/N and Chris got more confused. He lowered himself and held his hand out for Dodger to sniff. When Dodger knew who it was he wagged his tail, and Chris knit his eyebrows together in confusion and looked up at his wife, "I don't understand what is wrong with this guy lately? He seems so protective of you.

"Well....."Y/N leaned down to pet the  adorable little mutt. "You know dogs can sense your hormones change?"

"Yeah..." He trailed off not understanding what she said.

"I have a present for that will explain you" She said as she brought him to the  table.

Y/N guided him to the small table and removed the box from  the cabinet and sat down across him. She then pushed  the box to him. Chris gave his wife a confused look, but decided to answer his questions himself and just open the box. He pulled open the lid and took out a small onesie saying, "MY DADDY IS CAPTAIN AMERICA". Chris gave his wife another confused look.

"There's more inside" Y/N pointing inside the box. Chris took out a small pouch and opened it.  He took out a positive pregnancy test. His jaw dropped as he looked up to Y/N who had a few tears in her Y/E/C  eyes.

"Are you....how is it.....ARE WE PREGNANT??"His eyes widened.

"Yes" she said said as she smiled and nodded. In an instant, Chris wrapped his arms around her tightly and hugged her. He picked her up and spun her around in the kitchen. He laughed as he put her down.

Y/N had tears streaming down her face as Chris put her down. Chris cupped her little face in his hands as pressed a loving to her lips that mixed with her salty tears. Their hearts were racing as they pulled apart and stared into each others eyes lovingly.

"We are going to have a baby ,Chris" Y/N exclaimed.

"I can't believe it! I'm so happy Y/N!  So happy!" He muttered before pressing another little kiss to her lips.

" Me too, Chris" Y/N said as she used her thumb to wipe her tears.

Chris squeezed her again started pressing small kisses all over her face and a long kiss on her lips. He then looked down at Dodger at your feet and said "That explains why he was protective of you." 

"Well you better be good to me or my little bodyguard here is all ready to scare you off" She softly laughed.

All he could do was laugh and  slid his warm hand under her shirt and place it on your stomach before saying "Of course, baby"
