It's Always in Threes...

When we gathered to comfort RM it was warm and familiar. Food was made, drinks were had, reminiscing was amazing.

As the moon drifted higher in the night sky we all wound up stretching and yawning in sequence, looking blearily at each other, recognizing that we all need sleep.

After a group hug and good nights shouted at each other as we walked to our respective rooms. My new bed was freshly made and just waiting to welcome me into dreamland... I decide on a quick shower to set me up for the best night's sleep in months.

When I wake up after noon the place is still quiet except for my phone going off as if it's yelling at me for attention.  Sitting up I grab it, planning on just silencing it for a few more hours of sleep.

Instead I blearily stare at the notifications on my screen. Sis is the only texter in my family, and she's blowing up my phone... again.

Besides her the news feeds are going insane over BTS, the quarantine, and... me.

After doing my morning routine I shuffle into the living space and curl up on a couch, my blanket from my room on my lap as I relax in the midday light filtering through the window wall. I don't look up from my Hangul homework until the I hear more feet coming my way, and see most of the hyung line working their way down their hall to start their day.

'Have you guys seen the news?' I ask as the nod their hellos, barely opening their eyes to blink in confusion.

'What's up?' Hobi yawns, stretching as he leans on the kitchen island.

'Not only did the vlive cause havoc at HYBE, it's doing a number on the public news.' I say. Seokjin opens the tablet he left in the kitchen last night and pulls up a newsfeed. The two others look over his shoulder to see what's up.

'Should we wake Namjoon and let him know?' Hoseok asks.

'No, let him sleep, he's got enough on his plate right now.' Yoongi shakes his head and replies. Seokjin meanwhile grabs his phone and calls someone, I suspect the lawyers from the few words I can catch in Hangul: news, quarantine, bonds, Bangtan, and my name.

'I'll go wake the maknaes.' Hoseok says, slipping back down the hall as Yoongi maneuvers around Seokjin while he's on the phone, working on prepping food.

While the maknaes slowly filter into the room I switch to an Western newsfeed and try to figure out what the reaction is over there. While I am doing that, though, my sis finally calls me directly.

'You did WHAT?!' Is the first thing out of my phone. Thankfully I had expected it, so I had my phone away from my ear, negating the option for deafness. Unfortunately the rest of the guys also got an earful as a result.

'Is that your noona?' Asks Jungkook.

'Hmm... I think it's my dongsaeng if I remember correctly.' I reply, smiling gently as he sits near me, curious.

'Yeodongsaeng.' He corrects. 'Dongsaeng is younger brother.' I nod in reply and go to put my phone to my ear.

'Hi Jungkook!' I get at her loudest in my ear... I was too early.

'Video chat her!' Jungkook requests, using his doe eyes to good effect with a pleading look. I nod and change the call to a video chat.

'Eep!' She shouts, leaping out of frame as we look. 'I'm not looking my best! Nonono! Phone, not video, sis, please!'

'Nope, he wants to see you and say hi. Come on, you're half the world away, just be nice and greet the poor boy!' I reply, smirking.

'Man, not boy...' Jungkook mumbles under his breath, winking at me, making me blush.

'TMI, Jungkook!' She says, peeking into the video frame, her hand waving into the middle. His arched brow and tongue pushing into his cheek makes her shuffle into screen fully, eyes wide in shock.

'So what exactly do you mean by 'I did what?'' I ask her. 'I've done a lot since the concert...'

'The news. You outed yourself? You admitted to being BTS' soul bonded? Heck, doesn't that implicate you in the soul bond boom?' She asks.

I nod, unsure how to reply.

'We decided that with BTS admitting that the Soul Bonding thing might be a positive thing it wasn't the worst idea to show that we have it too.' Hoseok says over my shoulder, looking between Jungkook and I at my phone.

I think her eyes are about to pop out as sis looks from face to face.

'I know you're there, with them, but seeing them is just... so much more real.' She says, awed.

'Yeah, I know, it's still taking me back whenever I see them all work as one unit without even thinking about it. It's eerie.' I add. The two look at me curious. 'I can't tell you how many times I've seen two or three of you suddenly do the exact same thing another is doing, or working in synch with all the others without even discussing it. You are truly all one unit now, even in daily life.'

Jungkook just looks shook, Hoseok grins big enough to brighten the whole room, and Yoongi announces food is ready, sending Seokjin who's now off the phone to go wake up Namjoon for food.

I say goodbye to sis and head over to eat with my guys.

While it seems the world has gone insane they're trying to keep things normal in their home. Practices, song writing and production, exercise circuits are done almost by rote, occasional conversations about my lessons, both me learning Hangul as well as teaching them English, help make the day feel full.

So it's not until the end of day, while I am verifying that I made my connections with the hyung line that day, that I realize I missed something important.

'Guys, I missed my last period.'
