tw: kinda angst
Jay's POV
Haeyun walked towards me with a smile on her face. She placed her things in the compartment above the ceiling and finally sat down.
"Care to tell me why are you here?" I asked.
"Field trip, of course" She said which made me sigh.
"No. I mean, why are you sitting beside me?" I corrected.
She looked at me. "Jungwon told me to sit here"
I furrowed my brows and glanced to where Jungwon is sitting.
But, I also told him to sit beside me.
"Maybe, he doesn't want to sit near you or he's avoiding you" Haeyun said and plastered a small smile.
Avoiding me?
She tapped my shoulder so, I averted my eyes on her. "Can we switch places? I wanna sit near the window. You know that I'm not good with long rides"
I sighed and nodded.
She smiled and stood up so, I can move to her seat while holding her since the bus is moving and may cause to lose her balance.
She was about to move to the seat near the window when the bus suddenly stopped which resulted to lose her balance and fell on me.
I was surprised after realizing how close our faces are that some of the students saw it so, I immediately pushed her to the side.
I quickly glanced to where Jungwon is and luckily he didn't notice it since, I can tell that he's sleeping.
"Wondering if he saw that?" Haeyun spoke.
I just ignored her and glanced again to where he is.
Jungwon's POV
Yeah, I saw what happened.
I was leaning back, trying to sleep when the bus suddenly stopped due to the pedestrian lane ahead and I accidentally glanced on the mirror at the center top of the bus wherein you can actually see everyone, like a CCTV.
I saw everything.
After almost 2 hours, we arrived to our destination so, I immediately stepped out to check everyone in this bus along with Ms. Kang who also stepped out.
Luckily, Jay and Haeyun came down from the door at the back since I am at the front door.
"Don't tell me you saw that" Sunoo whispered to me and just gave him a faint smile. "You did?!" He asked again.
"I'm fine. Go and fall in line" I said and pushed him. "Ni-Ki! You'll stay here" I said when Sunoo grabbed him.
"Why?" Sunoo asked.
"Volunteer, remember?" I said so, he let go of Ni-Ki's hand and get in line while pouting. "Carry these stuffs and place it on that table" I said and pointed out the table on the other side.
