It was the next day after the boys had their talk about the girls. Ever since the conversation, Jade had been on Darren's mind nonstop. The boys brought up the fact that Jade may like Darren and it was something he was curious about himself.

Not wanting to ask Jade himself, he decided to talk to one of her friends. Due to the constant rivalry though, he wasn't sure who to go to. The only one that seemed to tolerant the boys was Leah so he went to her. He found the female on her laptop in the livingroom. When nobody was around, he went up to her.

"Hey, Leah?" Darren got her attention. "Can I talk to you for a second?"

She was a little taken aback at first but Leah couldn't help but smile. It made her happy to see one of the boys, besides Sebastian, actually talk to her nicely.

"Sure, what's up Darren?" Leah asked, setting her laptop to the side to give him her full attention.

Darren sat down beside her and they faced each other.

"I wanted to ask you about Jade." Darren confessed.

"Okay..." Leah looked for more details. "What about her?"

"This might be a weird question and please don't think anything of it!" Darren started to freak out.

Leah just laughed. "Darren, just tell me. I won't say anything."

"Okay." Darren took a deep breath. "How does she act when she likes someone?"

Leah couldn't help but smile. Of course, she had her own thoughts as to why he was asking her this, but she didn't say anything.

"When she likes somebody, she teases them a lot." Leah explained, knowing the answer. "She'll be mean to them but always look for reasons to do so and you'll always catch her smiling about it too. That's her way of flirting."

"What would you consider her way of teasing?" Darren asked follow up questions.

"Hmm." Leah thought for a moment. "If she like brings up old facts and teases you about them. Like a fear for example. If she constantly teases you about a fear that you have, she's flirting with you. Or if she purposely tries to make you upset, she's flirting with you. She gets jealous easily so she does a lot of it to get the person's attention."

"A lot of teasing..." Darren mumbled. "Got it! Thank you Leah."

"Sure thing, Darren." Leah smiled.

Darren jumped from the couch and ran to his room. Jade wasn't home at the moment but Darren was planning his own social experiment.

It had been a whole week of everyone living together. There were still some fights here and there, the boys and girls didn't really talk to one another unless they had to but most seemed to start becoming somewhat comfortable, or at least used to the living situation.

Leah noticed Angel sitting outside enjoying the weather. She walked out to join her when she saw Ryan was there too. Ryan looked over to see the younger female making her way outside and he got up.

"I'm going inside." Ryan mumbled to Angel. "Want me to take your trash?"

Angel smiled as she handed Ryan her trash. "Thank you."

Ryan just nodded as he zoomed by Leah to head inside. Seeing the suspicious interaction, Leah joined her friend in the lawn chairs.

"Hey girlio." Leah said as she sat down next to Angel.

"Hey Leah." Angel smiled.

"You and Ryan seem to be getting along." Leah smirked, looking around at the scenery.
