CHAPTER - 4
- WHO WAS HE ? -

A R U S H I

I came out of the ice-cream parlour. I put my left hand inside the pocket of my hoodie . I started licking and eating the ice-cream . I was so engrossed with eating my ice-cream that I didn't even realised I crashed with a hard thing . My ice-cream fell down making me gasp . I pouted looking at my life less ice-cream . What ? It's life less now ,it is dead . If you can't eat it then it is definitely dead .

I glared up to the thing - correction- to the man . He was already glaring at me but his eyes instantly soften . He smirked .

"What are smiling at ,huh ?" I snapped him . I don't know from where this strength came in me , I never talked with any unknown man until it really necessary and if he look safe but maybe because this time it's different . Because of him my ice-cream fell down .

He took a bite of his bun which he was holding and looked me with amuse ,"Is this funny ? Am I funny ?" I asked him with anger . But he wasn't even moving a little just looking me the same way he was before .

"Don't you have a mouth ? Use it !" I told. "My ice-cream dropped because of you . You wasted my money ,my ice-cream ! Are you blind or what ? Have you lost your eyes ? Did you drop them somewhere ? Will you buy me another one ? You - mm - mmmh" before I could finish my words he pushed his bun inside my mouth .

"mm- mmhu- mhmh" I tried to speak but my mouth was stuffed with the bun which was honestly delicious . It was quite sweet . Just as a bun should be . A perfect . He pulled the bun , I frowned. I moaned while chewing the rest of bun that was in my mouth .

I heard a chuckle . I opened my eyes found his adoring me with a small smile ,"What the hell ?" I whispered . I turned away to leave when he held my wrist . My breath hitched in my throat when he pulled me , my eyes widened when he touched my buttom lip ,"Always watch where you going !" he spoke in a calm voice , his hot breath was fanning on my ear , I shivered .

"And you should not talk like that with me !" he told with smirk ,"W-Why ?" my trembling voice came out . "You will know !" he winked and left ,leaving me surprise and trembling .

I was standing there still until I felt a hand on my shoulder ,I jumped . "Relax , it's me !" bhai told . "Arushi , is everything alright ? You are sweating !" he told wiping my sweats by his handkerchief . I nodded . "I think we should take her to doctor , maybe she again got her panic attack ," bhabhi suggested with worry . Bhai held me as my legs were still shaking .

We got into our car , this time bhabhi sat beside me holding me ,"Aru , did you saw something ? Did something happened ?" bhabhi kept asking many questions . "N-Ni-Night- Nightmare " I lied . Bhabhi rubbed my back ,"What ? You again got nightmare ?" bhabhi asked with shock .

"Yes ,she again got nightmare yesterday night when I was working !" bhai told , eyes were still on the way . "Wow and you didn't even informed me ! How can you be so careless Abhi ?" bhabhi scolded bhai giving me some water . "Sorry , you were tired and sleeping soundly so I thought -" bhabhi interrupted bhai ,"So you thought not to wake me . You know that my Aru come first for me other than anything , then also ?" "Oh , more than me also ?" bhai asked playfully . "ABHIMAN !" bhabhi yelled with anger .

"SORRY ! Next time I will tell you for sure ! Oh hospital came !" bhai said as car came to halt . Bhabhi helped me getting out of the car.

"What happened ?" Mr. Kamal , my doctor asked . "She again got panic attack ," bhai exclaimed with his same stern look . "Is she taking her medicines ? " Bhabhi nodded ,"yes I always give her medicines but yesterday -" she looked on me . I looked down at my shoes ,"maybe not yesterday !" bhabhi told with low voice , filled with guilt .

Mr. Kamal watch me for some time then looked down at the paper ,"I will give her some more medicines . It happened for a sudden flashback or something happened which reminded you that again ?" he asked me with an raised eye brow . Should I lie or tell the truth ? Sh - "She told because of her nightmare !" thankfully bhabhi answered .

"oh , then no need for more medicines . She is already taking powerful medicines, just try to take them regularly !" he said ,I nodded .

I was doing preparation for my college . I packed my bag . Bhabhi and bhai came inside my room," what are you doing sweetheart ?" bhai asked . "I was packing my bags " I replied climbing on my bed, beside them .

Bhabhi gave me medicines and water . I crunched my nose as I swallowed it . "Acha Aru , we will ask you something ! Answer everything honestly !" bhai said with serious expression . I gulped then nodded ,"ok !"

"Yesterday , you saw a nightmare , right ?" bhabhi questioned ,I nodded . "What you saw ?" she asked. My eye widened ,I started breathing heavily ,"hey , relax ! Calm down Aru , everything alright !" bhai assured me rubbing my arms .

"Aru , please answer honestly and in detail ! This are really necessary honey ! Otherwise ,I would never trouble you but it really necessary !" she stated . I nodded,"very good !" bhabhi smiled . "Take a deep breath !" my bhai said hugging me . I did .

"Ok , say me what did you saw ?" she quizzed . I took a trembling breath ," he- he c-came near me !" they looked me with serious expression while understanding what I was saying ,"then ?" "he t-tore m-my cl- !" I sobbed hiding my face in my bhai's chest .

"Somya , that's fine ! That's all for today , no more " bhai spoke angrily . "but -" bhabhi tried to speak but bhai growled ,"you didn't heard. Go to your room , right now !" . Bhabhi sighed . Kissing my palm she left , bhai held me more tightly .

He laid me down on the bed , he covered me the comforter . Then the mall incident hit me , why the man was behaving in such way ? Why he said me those things ? Why I should not talk to him that way ?

And who was HE ?

Slowly , the darkness embraced me .
