It was the last day of Arushi's semester exam. No one was happier than her. Half of her life -oh sorry- year she was busy preparing for it. She hasn't done the best but she was sure she will score better this time. Well, all credit goes to Randhir who had always managed to calm her and even guided her with his intelligence. Being the topper of his school and  college times, he knew which kind of preparation will be beneficial for students like Arushi.

“I truly say you Anna, this exam was the best exam I have ever given. After so many years, I gave a good enough exam." Arushi chirped, hanging herself slightly against Anna's arm. Anna chuckled and pushed her aside,“Wanna tell me the secret of this success?" Anna wiggled her eyes. “Oh yeah..! Randhir has a big hand in my success."

“WHAT ? RANDHIR ? WHO IS HE ?" Anna jumped in front of Arushi,holding her shoulders. Arushi bit her bottom lip,“A-Anna, I h-have a secret. C-Can we talk somewhere else?"
'I think I should not hide it from Anna anymore. She is a very good friend. I'm sure she won't tell anyone about it.' she thought to herself and took a deep breath.

Anna could sense something fishy. They decided to visit the nearest café. She gave her a look before both of them left the campus. Arushi on the way messaged Randhir.

Arushi - ‘I am going to Blue Sky Café with Anna. Don't come to pick me up, I will book a cab.’

On her way to the cafe, nearly after 5 minutes, she received a message from Randhir.

Randhir- ‘No problem. Be careful and call me if you sense any trouble. No need to book a cab, just send me the location when you're done.'

—‘bye. Enjoy! :) '

She smiled at his text. After two-three turns, they were finally there.

Anna was curious about what Arushi want to say. “A-Anna-" Arushi started as soon as they took a place in a corner, near a window. She was then interrupted by the waiter,“Good afternoon, ma'am. What would you like to order?"

Anna rolled her eyes,“Two hot chocolates, please." The waiter kindly smiled and left them alone. “Anna, you might not forgive me for hiding such a big secret from you. You might get angry at me and you may also won't believe me but it's true."

Arushi kept fidgeting her fingers. Anna spoke,“Arushi, I trust you a lot. You know, you can share it with me. Whatever it may be, just speak it out. Quick. I can't wait anymore. You are the only person with whom I share every secret. Now it's your turn." Arushi bit her lower lip and kept chewing on it until Anna stomped on her shoe under the table. “What is wrong with you? Speak, please. I can't wait anymore. I will get an anxiety attack because of you or I might have a cardiac arrest. You don't know anything about my curiosity-cat level."

Arushi scoffed,“I have been bearing you and your wild behaviours for more than three months, who else do you expect to know about you and your curiosity-cat level more than me?" Anna scratched the back of her neck,“Well. That's a point."
“Anyways, say now, what did you want to say?"

Arushi was opening her mouth when,“Ma'am your order. Enjoy." The waiter in his early 20's grinned at them with excitement. “Do you want us to enjoy with your skull?" Anna replied to him. His grin disappeared somewhere in his face; he gulped and rushed away instantly. Arushi understood she should not waste much time anymore.

“A-Actually." Anna turned towards her. “Actually, Anna. I-I am not s-single." Anna jumped from her seat,“WHAT?" All the people present there turned towards them. Arushi pulled her down,”Shh..Why are you shouting like some crazy human?"
“Sorry sorry. I just got excited. You got a boyfriend and did not think to inform me about you. How cruel this world has become? No one cares about their near and dear ones, anymore. And Ms. Arushi Malhotra. You are so damn dead now."
No one would believe Arushi if she repeated all these Anna's comments in front of anyone. Yup, if you were there college mates you would have never trusted that this girl, Anna, speaks more than you could imagine. Arushi was habituated by her blabbering; hence, she did not mind it.

“Nope. I don't have a boyfriend." Anna frowned at Arushi's words. “What? Sorry I didn't get you."
Arushi sighed and closed her eyes,“Iammarried." Anna scrunched her nose in confusion,“Say it properly."
“I am married and it's not Ms. Arushi Malhotra, It's Mrs. Arushi Randhir Malhotra." Arushi peeped up towards Anna through her eyelashes only to find her frozen like a statue.

Arushi shook her. Anna gulped down her saliva and reassured,“You are kidding, ain't you?" Arushi lowered her head and shook it slowly. “YOU BLOODY BITCH. HOW DARE YOU? I WILL KILL YOU!" Anna yelled on top of her lungs, again standing up and gaining everybody's attention. Arushi looked around with her eyes as wide as saucers only to find everyone looking pissed. She gave everybody an awkward and apologetic smile. Pulling Anna down, again,she spoke,“Anna, calm down! please.

She could sense the fuming anger in her. Anna looked out of the window breathing heavily and gulped down the hot chocolate at once as if the hotness was nothing for her. Arushi slid her hot chocolate towards Anna. Anna glared at it but accepted it. Anna drank it slowly this time,“You should have told me about it earlier." All of a sudden her voice was heard. Arushi stared at her,“I know and I am sorry about it."

“But why had you not told me about it? Was I that bad to share truths ? Am I not trustworthy?" Anna's voice broke a little. She was hurt because her bestie had hid such a big thing from her.

Arushi held her hand,“I am sorry. I was scared to share. You don't have any idea about my past. I thought you might also start hating me after knowing them."

Anna said,“Now, girl. Give me each and every detail."

Ok..so, this is the last update of this year.
It was a big one though. I hope you all are enjoying. I am afraid that the speed of my updates will make you lose interest in this book. And I also hope that you are liking the chapters and my ideas.
