Harry Potter Characters x Reader Imagines

Wolfstar's Child

Not going to be a romantic pairing just some little tid bits of what I imagine being wolfstar's child would be like if there was no war:)

First of I think you would be the same age as Harry but also they would have had kids later if it wasn't for the war, let's say you guys would have been born when the marauders were 30 at least. Sirius and Remus would likely use a surrogate which probably works a little differently in the wizarding world but you'd end up being like a month younger than Harry because of time it took to get the paperwork done. I reckon Sirius was freaking out you wouldn't be born in August but September and would therefore be in a different year than Harry. I also think you'd be born on the 31st of August late at night just about making it.

Sirius was definitely the sperm donor. I think that there was probably an option for you to be biologically the child of both Sirius and Remus (cus magic idk) but Remus refused because he didn't want you to be affected by his furry little problem.

You would not be named after a star or anything space related like the Black family does, it would be a really unusual and probably gender neutral name, maybe not really a name but some fancy word or derived from some inside joke. Your middle name would be Sirius or Remus for the sake of some sort of tradition.

Harry and you would be pretty much forced to be best friends, not that you minded at all though you would be textbook platonic soulmates (maybe turn romantic but I don't really see that much because you would be too much like siblings). Of course Lily and James adored you as though you were their child, as Remus and Sirius adored Harry. The way you grew up would really be like having four parents and of course your uncle Peter and aunties Mary, Marlene and Dorcas.

You would live close by the other marauders but with some definite distance, I see it being a cottage on the very outskirts of a small village. This would be mostly for Remus' comfort who I see as someone who doesn't like having close neighbours. Sirius was the one who decorated it because let's face it Remus doesn't have an eye for that stuff.

Sirius would be far more outwardly overprotective whereas Remus would be the more 'chill' parent. HEAR ME OUT ON THIS ONE! Sirius had controlling and abusive parents so he didn't want to be anything like them, he always felt they cared a lot about unimportant stuff (blood purity, appearances etc) and not enough about what was really important, this made Sirius very much the opposite but a little extreme. It's not that Sirius wouldn't let you do stuff but he would definitely check up on you A LOT and live by the rule of 'call me when you get there' with his personal addition of 'if you don't I will show up to check'. Remus would be brilliant of course but your relationship would be different in the way that you didn't need to talk but just spend time together even if it was reading together in silence. Sirius' parenting method would be to do the opposite of what his parents did. Remus would probably think of what James would do (I have a head cannon that James was very much the mom friend).

Not much to say about your early years in particular except that wolfstar and the Potters would have a schedule of one of the four being of work everyday to take care of you and Harry. I see it as: Mon-Remus, Tue-James, Wed-Sirius, Thu-Lily and then Friday with another one of the Marauder era friends or James' parents or occasionally Regulus.

Speaking of Regulus you two would get along sooooo well. Sirius would joke to be annoyed by it but really thought it was cute and it also helped rebuild their relationship. Regulus wouldn't mind watching you and Harry together once every few months but never really cared for Harry past him being your best friend, he would much prefer taking you on days out once a month to amusement parks or the cinema or whatever.

You would have everything you needed and wanted but you wouldn't be snobby about it (thanks to Remus).

As you got older you would definitely get a training broom and then a real one and you can bet your arse the marauders pulled some strings at Hogwarts to let you take it with you in first year.

In Hogwarts you would stay friends with Harry and as an extension of that with Ron and Hermione. You'd be sorted into your house however if you're a mix of one of the others and Gryffindor then you'd ask to be put in Gryffindor. You weren't purposefully pressured by Sirius or Remus to be sorted into Gryffindor but you probably would experience 'imagined' pressure.

I think you'd have a really happy childhood and a reliable support system for later life. They wouldn't be parents that tried too hard to be cool or your friends but you would just trust them and end up telling them anything because you knew they would always be on your side.
