I fell back onto my bed and looked at the ceiling "dammit that was so close..." I rolled to the other end of my bed and took my phone out to text Karl and Techno

I sighed, put my phone down, and pulled my blanket over me. Jeez, this is how love makes you feel, doesn't it...

Your POV:

I left his room, concerned at him, what did he want to say, I didn't think about it much and headed to my room
Even though I told Lex I'm doing the plan I'm too tired to do it, so I immediately laid on my bed and looked at the ceiling
I thought about the whole backup thing, and now it doesn't sound bad, god I was so reckless back there
Slowly my eyes started getting heavy and I soon started to fall asleep knowing I didn't even change my outfit, cause I was lazy to do it

Next day

I woke up to the sound of music, outside of my room. I didn't wanna wake up, but I couldn't fall back asleep so I groaned and sat up, rubbing my eyes
I tried to hear what song was playing, it was let's get married by Vedo, I looked at my shirt and then looked over at my closet, I took a new outfit and immediately went to the bathroom. As I was walking, I looked downstairs to see Karl dancing to the song, he noticed me and winked at me when the main part came 'Fell in love with my best friend'

Our POV:

You chuckled it off and headed towards the bathroom whispering "I mean...at least he wasn't wrong though-" "what you say?" a voice asked next to you. You immediately looked at them, and guess who it was. Of course Alex (duh dude is popping up everywhere)

"Oh, uh- it's nothing don't worry Lex, good morning by the way" you smile at him and leave to go to the bathroom Fuck that was close you thought to yourself ad just gave out a sigh

After putting new clothes on, you got out of the bathroom and walked down the stairs. As you were walking down, you quietly sang the same lyrics fell in love with my best friend~ while bopping your head to the imaginary beat. "Hey y/n, I'm meeting sapnap, wanna come with me?" asked Karl as he was putting his shoes on. "Nah you go, I already saw him yesterday evening again, but tell him I said hello," you say as you sat down on the sofa with your not-so-dry hair (if you don't have hair ignore this part)
