CHAPTER 16: Clues, and The Fight.

Sae Byeok's POV.

Me and Y/n are walking back to the main room, hand in hand as she still wiping herself tears off her cheeks.

"s-sorry about earlier, S-sae.."

I faced her smaller figure, looking down.

Her eyes were so puffy from crying, cheeks stained red.

I smiled at her and held her cheeks, "It's okay, I understand now. I'm sorry too," smiling back at me as she caught me off guard as she suddenly hugged me.

"thank you... F-for understanding me,"

A shy smile was plastered on my face as I play with her hair,

Of course, Y/n.

If those people can't see how much of an amazing person you are, they're fucked up.

"hey, " I grabbed her face,

Her eyes met mine, but unlike those times we both looked at each other,

This felt-

Different.

It was like there's this nerve racking situation that's making my heart pound,

Like there was something electrocuting me inside...

Brushing that feeling of, I sternly looked at her.

"You don't have to please anyone anymore, don't even try. Because we'll see you for who you are, right here." I pointed at her heart, her response being a shy smile.

"okay?"

She nodded, "okay."

Ugh, that smile...

"you know what's weird?" she asked as we continued walking,

"what?"

"you look so cold, but you're so warm." she said, swaying our enter locked hands.

I look cold, but I'm warm?

Huh?

She chuckled, "your aura is so cold, it's like you don't care about anything. But on the inside, there's like a little heart of fire that rarely shows itself."

I looked away as my cheeks got warm, "a-anyways, what did you wanted to tell me earlier about the walls?" I asked her,

Her eyes widened, she pulled me to one of the corners of the hall.

She suddenly locked me in her arms, I was leaning on the wall while her arms were keeping me from escaping.

I was looking down at her confused as she looked up.

"t-the walls Sae... The interiors of it, the drawings on the walls." she looked so serious while telling me about the walls.

What's up with the walls and that it's bothering her so much?

"what about them?" I asked her, putting my thumb on her cheeks.

"I noticed something on them, it looked like two of t-the g-games we played..."
