Ochobot spent his days falling into a pit of grief. The power sphera hadn't left his missing best friend's room since they arrived back. Everyone was left distraught at the brunet's disappearance but it hit Ochobot harder than anyone . . .
Almost everyone at least.
The muffled voices from downstairs could be heard, blurring into the background as Ochobot tried his best to block the noise out. There was someone else who wasn't taking the brunet's disappearance all too well. No one could blame him. Ochobot only wished that they could talk it out.
Though maybe that would be a little hypocritical of him. Although Ochobot was willing to listen to what Amato said until it was revealed that he could've been there during the fight with Retak'ka. The power sphera wasn't sure if he could forgive his best friend's father for not being there for him.
His best friend had always had a great relationship with his father from what the power sphera could tell. They were still close despite the long-distance and lack of communication but that couldn't excuse this.
BoBoiBoy was gone. His best friend was gone.
Why? How could you let this happen? Ochobot knew Tok Aba must be feeling the same if the muffled arguing wasn't enough to tell. The elder was angry, distressed at the loss of his grandson.
Willing himself to leave his best friend's bedroom, Ochobot hesitantly opens the bedroom door, hovering his way halfway down the stairs at a snail's pace. He stared at the figures in the living room, their words not fully registering as he gazed sadly at Tok Aba, who was seated at one end of the couch with his head in his hands while Amato was at the other end.
【 I can't lose him, son... I can't lose my grandson too... 】 The elder sobbed out, the tremble in his voice striking the man right in the heart, the guilt etched his face.
Ochobot watched wistfully as the man sat closer to the elder, wrapping his arms around him as he muttered words that the power sphera couldn't hear.
【 Bring him back safe... please... 】
【 I will. I will, Dad. 】
The power sphera hovers back to his best friend's room. A new feeling bubbling in his chest. From the bedside table stood a framed photo, it was a photo of him, BoBoiBoy, and Tok Aba. He takes the framed photo in his hands, reminiscing about all the moments he had with his best friend.
His best friend was gone. His family was taken away, his home.
If Amato had any clue of what had happened to BoBoiBoy, Ochobot was going. Like Ying, Yaya, Gopal, and Fang, the power sphera is going on with Amato to find their friend. It might take weeks, months, even years.
Whatever it takes, they will bring BoBoiBoy back.
