Becca POV
Its my 7th birthday, and mommy and daddy have been fighting a lot and sending me and Em to our princess room. Today she said she was going to tell me somthing, but after my birthday party. Mommy invited Ryan, he in my class and he's my bestist friend in the entire world (Shhhhhhhh, don't tell Em).
I ran up to the door yelled "RYANNN do u want to play outside on the swing with me and Em?"
"Hey Becca I missed you today in class. Today we played with trucks and I made a picture of you with crayons. Here you go!" He exclaims
"Its so pretty!!!!" I say
"I made your eyes really blue beacuse they didnt have the ocean colour." Ryan says
"Ohhh thank you they look so pretty, lets go outside." I say putting the picture on the table
"Hey Em" Ryan says hugging Emily
"Hi" she replies and keeps swinging on the swing
I pulled ryan to the swing and said "push meeee"
"Your so heavy" He says getting behind the swing
"Im not hevy, you are!" I say looking back at him
"Girls girls your both beautiful" Em says from the other swing
............end of the party...............
"Girls come in, dad and I need to talk to you." Mommy says when we sit on the couch
"Ok mommy" we said in unison
My daddy was sitting on the couch and mommy was standing up. "Girls, mommy and daddy are not getting along so we are going to have a time out." She says softly
"Where are we going to go mommy?" I ask sadly
"Honey you are going with daddy and Em is going to stay here." She says tearing up
"But mommy where are daddy and I going to go" I ask starting to cry too
"Honey you and daddy are going to Toronto" She says
"Will Em and I still be able to talk to each other?" I ask looking at Em but she was looking at the ground
"Of course honey" She says assuring me
"When are daddy and I going to leave?" I ask
"You are going to leave in 2 days baby girl" Mommy says and she lets us go back to our rooms to get ready for bed.
I went to my room I didnt want to show my tears to mommy and daddy, so I went to Mr. Snuggles, Ryan gave him to me for my last birthday.
"Mr.Snuggles I dont want to leave mommy and Em ! Im gonna miss them so much." I say crying harder.
...............the next day.............
I walked into my classroom, with red and puffy eyes.
"Whats wrong Becca?" Ryan asks coming up to me.
"I'm moving tomorrow and I wont be able to see you in forever" I started crying and Ryan pulls me in for a long hug until the teacher gets everyone to their seats and we start our beaded necklaces.
I made one with pink and purple beads and Ryan made a green one and gave it to me. He told me it was to remember him by and that he was going to come over later to say goodbye.
"You promise?" I ask putting the necklace on
"Yes I promise on my gold fish, Toby's life." he says so thoughtfully
"Well I couldnt let you leave with out saying good-bye to your best friend." He adds
..........leaving to the airport............
"Ok honey say your goodbyes" my mommy says to me
"Bye mommy im gonna miss you" I say as she picks me up and hugs me tight
"I will call you every night my love" she says into my hair
"Bye Em" I say and I start crying and so does she
"Bye sissy make sure to call every night and keep our room clean" She says slightly giggling
I didnt see Ryan anywhere, I hope toby dies. We got into the car ready to go.
My best friend didn't come to say goodbye. I guess he was never my best friend.
