*A/N: Just like the name of the chapter, there is a very important question at the end of the chapter that requires your feedback. Thanks in advance for your input.*

==========

*Your POV*

Promotions for 'I Can't Stop Me' had wrapped up, and the whole release was a great success. Although Jeongyeon was on a medical hiatus for the latter half of the promotional period, she tried to make as many appearances as possible to ONCEs in the form of Vlives and SNS posts while the rest did their duties on TV and radio shows.

After only a couple days' rest, the company had already planned a next comeback with a single release before Christmas, as you found out at a staff meeting. Although you weren't too pleased about putting the girls in another intense schedule so close to the end of their previous one, the company was insistent on riding the high that TWICE had found themselves in this year.

With the new schedule set, you headed back to the dorm still slightly conflicted about everything. As you parked your car and walked into the building, you were suddenly stopped by the building security at his desk. "Ah, Y/N. You have some mail, it says time-urgent."

"Oh? Thanks for letting me know." You said as you took the envelope. Indeed, on the front of the envelope was a big red sticker saying "urgent: time sensitive" on it. Curious as to where it was from, you took it upstairs and to your office to read on your own time.

"Hey, welcome back." Jihyo waved towards you as you walked into the dorm.

"Heya. Where are the others?" You waved back and asked, not seeing anyone else around.

"Jeongyeon is asleep, Mina's playing Minecraft, Chaeyoung and Dahyun are still at rap practice, and Momo is at dance practice. They're still coming back later with Pinky-oppa, right?"

"That's the plan." You responded. "I need to sort some schedules out for next week. You know where to find me." With that, you sat down at your desk to fill out the upcoming comeback schedule, but not before looking at the envelope.

It was slightly worrying how there was no return address on the front of the envelope, and the thought of a parcel attack was on your mind slightly. That unease was quenched when you flipped the envelope over and saw a very recognisable stamp on it.

"Republic of Korea Ministry of National Defense"

'Oh crap, I know exactly what this is.' You thought as you grabbed the letter opener on your desk and tore the envelope open. Like you had assumed, it was a letter that you were least looking forward to receiving.

"Hello citizen, we hope this letter has reached you well. According to our records, you have not enlisted for your mandatory military conscription and you are coming to the end of your age 28 year. This country has a law stating that all able-bodied male citizens must enlist between the ages of 18-28. Please make sure you are registered at the nearest recruitment for your physical assessment and application. Reminder that avoiding your mandatory enlistment is punishable by law. We hope for your cooperation and look forward to your future service with us at the armed forces."

*sigh* "Yeah, I guess putting it off isn't an option anymore, is it?" You thought out loud.

"Putting off what?" Jihyo asked, having overhead your comment.

"H-huh?! Jihyo?!" You shouted, quickly scrambling to hide the letter. "How- Why-"

"You left the door open and I was doing laundry." Jihyo explained before walking into your room. "Everything okay?"

"Y-Yeah, just fine." You tried to brush her off, but being the leader she was, she probed further. "You know you're terrible at hiding things from us, or at least me, right?"
