The silence that followed his point was absolute for a few seconds, Hibiki looking at him skeptically as Soulburner and Playmaker gazed in shock.
Soulburner: Cooperate? Don't screw with me! Haven't you forgotten what you did to us?!
As the teen shouted, Hibiki looked over and saw his face twisted into an angry snarl.
Soulburner: Because of you, my life is falling apart!
Revolver: I see, I understand your feelings.
Soulburner: No you don't! Let's duel Revolver, we'll solve our business here!
Playmaker: Soulburner...
Hibiki: Takeru...
Soulburner: Guys, don't interfere. This is my personal fight. I will defeat you, and avenge the death of my parents!
As Revolver bowed his head in a nod, Hibiki looked towards his friend with a slight frown.
Revolver: Very well, let's duel. Soulburner.
Soulburner: If I win, I'll hold you responsible for everything! If I lose, I'll give you Flame.
As the fire ignis looked up at his partner in shock, Ai also looked forward in surprise.
Ai: Really, is this sort of thing okay?
Playmaker: Leave them be, unless he duels Revolver now, Soulburner can't work out his feelings.
Hibiki: I agree. This is something he needs to do.
Revolver/Soulburner: Duel!
Revolver lp: 4000
Soulburner lp: 4000
Soulburner: My turn! I summon Salamangreat Wolvie! Now I activate the spell card Fury of Fire! I summon two salamangreats from my hand, so come Salamangreat Parro and Falco. Now I link summon, come link-3 Salamangreat Heatleo! I set a card and end my turn.
Ai: Wow, he summoned Heatleo from the start huh, he's sure going all out.
Hibiki: Of course. Takeru is angry, so he's not thinking straight. He won't be able to beat Revolver with his mind in this state.
Ai: Wait, but isn't this exactly how you beat Spectre?
Hibiki: Yes. But Revolver is in a different league. Anger will only get him so far.
Aoi: Hm... But what will Revolver do?
Emma: Revolver is a top tier duelist. He's going to take this seriously.
However, the Hanoi leader stood stoically and Soulburner took a step forward.
Soulburner: Well!? It's your turn!
Revolver: I end my turn.
There was another pause as everyone looked in surprise at Revolver, even Soulburner seemingly taken aback.
Soulburner: What?
Ai: Huh? Really?
Emma: What's going on?
Aoi: He didn't do anything, is he planning to lose.
Earth: Is this some sort of strategy on Revolver's part?
Hibiki: No. This is something else.
Aqua: I don't sense anything from him.
Soulburner: What is the meaning of this Revolver?!
