Mirabel heard and saw the whole thing from the Casita. "Oh, I see what's happening here. Isabella is going to freak out." She thought to herself. She went to Delores and asked "Hey Delores. What did Luisa ask Reggie? I didn't hear them." "Why do you want to know? Why don't you ask Luisa?" "Because I suspect something is happening and I'm going to flip if I'm right." Delores rolled her eyes and shook her head "I'm not telling you what's going on in Luisa's private life." She said before she walked away. "Fine." Mirabel said, "I'll figure it out myself."
As time passed, the Madrigal family got things ready for their party and had finished dinner. "Psst. Isa." Mirabel whispered, "What's up?" "I need to talk to you. It's about Luisa." "What's wrong with Luisa?" "Nothing. I think she has." She looked around, "A crush." Isabella's eyes widened "Oh yeah. We're asking her about this." Isabella said. Mirabel and Isabella walked towards Luisa's room, waiting for her to finish up downstairs.
Luisa walked up to get to her room, only for her to see her two sisters standing in front of her door menacingly. "Hey, guys. Why are you two in front of my door?" "We have something to talk to you about," Mirabel said. "Is it serious?" "You could say that," Isabella answered. "Could we talk about it in your room?" "Yes of course," Luisa replied worryingly. She opened the door to her room. It was a large space with large rectangular pillars made of stone that people could stand on. Her bed, desk, and other things such as that were near the entrance to her room; allowing for the room to be a workout haven.
Luisa sat down on her bed as the other two stood. "What's going on?" Luisa asked, the two girls looked at each other with a smug look. "Mirabel thinks you have a crush," Isabella said in a smug tone. Luisa blushed, she stood up "A Crush!? Why would I have a crush? On who? Why?" She continued on her train of quick questions before Mirabel cut her off. "Luisa. Please. I've seen the way you've been acting recently." "What do you mean? Pfft me, a crush that's. That's ridiculous." Mirabel raised her eyebrow, "Oh really? Then explain why you're embarrassed?" Luisa went quiet before saying "Because I'm being interrogated." "Who is it? Do we know them?" Isabella asked "It's Reggie, right? Who else could it be?" Mirabel chimed in.
Luisa's face went a bright pink "It's no one because I don't have a crush." She crossed her arms. Mirabel and Isabella eyed each other then looked back at Luisa, who had the face of a pathetic puppy. "Fine, we'll drop it. But Reggie did say that he looked forward to seeing you every day." Mirabel commented. Luisa's eyes lit up "He did?" Isabella and Mirabel smirked. Luisa realized what had happened "Oh. Oh god. I do have a crush." "We know." Luisa's face turned red, and she started pacing around the room. "What do I do? I don't know how to deal with this. Why was I not prepared to deal with this?" She spoke in a panic. "Luisa, it's fine. Just breathe." Mirabel said, trying to calm her nervous wreck of a sister. "Luisa. It's ok. We're here to help." Isabella added. "How?"
