24- How's The Nerd's Saturday Out?

Sam's P.O.V.

I'm starting to think the nerd have super powers na di ko makita. She magically can attached someone so instantly. It's bothering me.

"Parang ang sakit sa mata." Theo's eyes squinted in disgust as he chugs his energy drink.

"We're over thinking. Baka may inutos lang ang teacher sa kanila." Carl chews his sandwich.

Kumakain kami sa likod ng classroom, looking at Alex and Jane na magkatabi. They're at the nerd's place, at the half left, kaya umalis si Alex sa puwesto niya para makaupo doon. Ganiyan na sila since lunch time. As I can remember, they did only talked earlier because of their free time. How come they're close now?

"I don't know. Alex is being the Kelly weird." I am so highly disappointed to described him like that.

Kelly weird is the term I used for unexplainable nonsense. You see, Kelly acts on his own without thinking. He's smart, yes, but sometimes, he's just the blabby bored guy who is trying to make fun out of nothing. When suddenly he becomes the nerd's friend, and called her Ja-ne, it's like he turned upside-down. From a respectable smart guy, he become a low-some dude who I don't want to know.

Who the hell become friends to your friend's enemies?! Pinapahirapan niyang magmove si Dare. What the hell is he thinking?!

Nawawala respeto ko kay Kelly when he does these weird things we can't comprehend. Now, Alex is in his place. He moved seat, ate lunch with her, and now it's after school, but they're still together. He looks very comfortable for letting Jane snatched his pen, every now and then, whenever they're correcting something sa notebook nila.

Why is this happening?! What's going with these people?!

"Sam, smart people gets along. Ganun lang. Stop looking at them, they're not doing something bad. Alex is still our friend." Carl waves his hand to my face para mapapikit ako. Theo did the same too.

"Sabagay, it might be a task from a teacher."

I disagree to them. I can't just sit around and watch Alex loses his way. He never done this. Putting efforts for studying is not his thing. Gusto niyang mag-aral ng walang nakakakita. Si Alex 'yung klaseng nagagalit pagtinama at ayaw mag-explain. For him, it's tiring! He thinks of himself as high as a narcissist, that he's always right and no one can understand him! He can't be like this! He can't share a damn pen!

"How is this happening?" I defeatedly shook my head.

I admit, this is not on my plan, and it will never will be! I'm so mad I didn't see these kind of things coming. First, Kelly becomes alien and claims to be close to her, saying they're seeing each other's body naked. None of us knew kung paano nangyari iyun! But Kelly, being himself, does such weird things we can't explain. Second is Alex?! My friends are being reap into two halves!

"Maybe Alex really chose this." Dare nonchalantly puts a gum on his mouth. He's been with us, pero walang sinasabi. Ngayon lang.

"What do you mean?"

He shrugs, pointing our two subjects using his pinky. He ate chips first and shallowed it. "Alex likes smart girls. Maybe he likes her."

I gagged on my own air. Seriously, I almost vomit!

"That's not a good joke." I gave him some death glare.

"What? He likes smart-ass girl. Doll is smart." A smirk forms on his lips, showing all his bright white teeth. "Look, I got thirty-one sa quiz na hindi ko alam."

"What's the connection to the nerd? It's your quiz, the hell that's your knowledge. You're smart, Dare."

But then, someone puts his hand on my shoulder. It was Carl, he's aggressively disagreeing. Kitang-kitang bitter siya.
