Dare's P.O.V.

I've been suspecting before how a nerd can fight and duel me in some things. And silly me, I thought Doll is just that kind of person! By the way she glares, answers, physically fights me, and even threats me, I've always thought she's different! Never come cross my mind, she would be this different though.

I thought how she disappeared on the talent night while Hayley appears on stage is coincident. Hayley's card on the restaurant, her specifically destroying my guitar, and how she is similar to Doll's attitude and manners—all of that was what I called coincidence too. But I knew it a long time ago when she jumped out of the window to the pool. That stunt made me curious. In my mind Hayley could done it, but Doll was there.

It's just a fool out of me, when I decided to play along in her so called housemate thingy. Yeah, that's the foremost reason I doubt, especially when Doll said she didn't know Hayley but she's her roommate.

Her lies sound very effective though. She described Hayley so precise. For someone who said she doesn't know her, she's on point. But that's only because she knows herself too well. That's why she can use her also too good. She knows her perfect timing like earlier and can make thousands of reasons and excuses easily. That's how convenient the two different persona she's using. That's how good she is.

To be honest, I can say that we are in her game. Not her in mine. She's playing with us. I wonder what kind of reward will I get from this if the whole school finds it out?

"You could have clean this part. Baka makita nila." I wipe some of her eyeshadows access while she stared at me. Her reaction is priceless! I definitely caught her in such good timing. I noticed her wet hair. "You know what, hindi ko alam kung mas gusto kita ng curly or straight hair."

"Alam mo?" And she continued to stare at me. I'm enjoying this!

"Of course, who do you think I am?" My hand gently caresses her chin. I run my thumb near her agape lips. "I am surely fascinated and amaze by you, but let's not hate each other first, how about that?"

She harshly pulled my hand down. Without leaving her intense death glares on me, she speaks. "Anong kailangan mo? Bakit mo 'to ginagawa?"

"Hindi ba para sa'yo ang tanong na iyan? Why are you doing this? At para sa gusto ko," I looked up first to pretend I'm thinking. I took that chance to wrap my hands again around her. I pulled her closer to feel her body. "Gusto ko? Maybe, this dance first, tapos mamaya tayo mag-usap about the real deal."

"Bitawan mo nga ako!" Silently she hissed. Even her nails dig deep through my skin, I didn't loosen my grip. Letting her be mad is better than talking more. The more talk, the more she will only get mad.

I put my forehead in her shoulder. I continue the slow dance she doesn't want. Music and her curses mix along, that's fine. I only have one question to myself: Why does it feels good to be this close to her?

"Kumalma ka nga. Aren't you tired in this event? It's already nine p.m., spare some energy. May awarding pa mamaya."

"Eh kung umayos ka kaya?" She moved her shoulder up, hitting my lips. Nice.

Sharp pain comes after I tasted blood. I gave her a smirk. "Doll, you're bad."

"Talaga, and I won't hold back sa oras na nalaman kong pinagsabi mo ang sekreto ko." Her orbs darkens more. Her threat didn't moved me, I find it more interesting.

"Okay, as long as I didn't tell it to anyone, I will be safe."

She raised her eyebrows as I softly laugh. "Hindi kita binibiro. You think I'll be easy on you lalo na ngayon na kilala mo talaga ako?"
