32- How A Nerd Can Make Trouble Follows?

"Hay, how was Jane?" Thea sighed for tenth times. She's been pouting all day because Jane is not here.

Early this morning, she was all hyped and ready for Jane's story because you know, she's Hayley. But since she didn't showed up, Thea has been pouting all day.

"Don't be like that. She's fine." Nonchalantly, I took a bite on my pasta.

As I notice, hindi lang si Thea ang wala sa sarili. The so called Jane's bully is also extremely quiet. This guy named Dare looks very problematic too. Nakatuon ang baba niya sa lamesa at nakahaba ang kamay sa cellphone. He have a long serious face. His other friends though are normal. Siya lang ang affected to Jane's absence. He's very strange.

"Thea, that's her bully, right?"

Mabilis niyang binaba ang tinidor kong pinangturo dun sa lalaki.

"L, don't point at him! Baka tayo targetin niya! Jane is not here, and we're her friends, baka tayo pagbalingan niya."

I nodded at her exaggeration. She heavily sighed again, at pakunwari pang nagpunas ng pawis when there's nothing. She's nervous about something. However, when we accidentally both check the guy again, our eyes meet his. He's looking at us.

"Oh my! L." She emphasized my name long enough, tapping me couple times. Nanlalaki ang mata niya at pinagpapawisan. "He's looking at us!"

"I know, I know." I swiftly diverted my gaze away in a normal manner. "Calm down."

According sa rumors, no one likes to across in his path. He's seriously a dangerous man—the biggest bully of Marven's High. Apparently, students here called him one of the 'bad boys' instead of being the delinquent. Dahil ang delinquent daw ay is Hayley, the most infamous student who broke all the Marven's rules. Kung hindi ko pa nalaman Jane is Hayley, hindi ako maniniwala. For me no one can break the reputation and elegancy of this school. Pero since Jane jumped from the second floor, I could say she's the real daredevil. Doing such impossible and scary thing, I believe she can really break any rules. Nothing is impossible with her bravery.

My eyes met again with Dare's. Katulad kanina, deretsiyo siyang tumingin, bago umiwas. Every now and then, he does that. His black orbs seem to tell me something. He got straight eyebrows and a serious face. Too manly and concrete. All his facial structures are definite and defined. High nose bridge, chisel jawline, deep dark eyes, and fine lips. I must say he's very attractive. If he's not a jerk, girls probably will line up before him.

I firmly steadied my fork and spoon. I eat normally, non-affected to the man whom I was looking a second ago. He's now walking forward.

"L, papunta si Dare dito! What are we gonna do?" Thea silently freaks out. Sinisipa niya ako sa ilalim ng table. My black shoes are getting murder.

"Hey," Dare sat down. His hand landed on the table, tapping it as he looks away. Kumagat siya sa ibabang labi at naghawi ng buhok. "Do you two know where Doll is?"

I didn't moved. Di na ako nagulat. Kaya pala kanina pa siya nakatingin sa amin. It makes me question why he cares so much about her.

"You won't know." Thea scorned while eyebrows met in anger. She even crosses arms.

Dare freshly smirked. I could feel he's being challenge to get the answer he wants.

"What do you need?" I asked instead.

"You seemed smart. Can you answer my question?" His point finger scratched the table. He might thought it'll be easy to talk to me kaya nagcrossed siya ng mga paa, looking very relaxed. "Lunch break is almost done. I need to know immediately where she is."
