At the same hour, in the dark forest another wolfs howl is heard yet this one wasn't full of blood lust or the thrill of the hunt.It was one of desperation and fear. A call for help but no one heard it.
Run.
Run!
Run!
That's all he could do.
He let out other howl, using up more of his energy, hoping his pack would hear him.
Yet again there was no reply.
He didn't know where he was all he knew was he could not stop running!
If he stopped for even a second then-!
All he felt was a small pain in his leg then the trees around seemed to move as he was taken of his feet.
A strong wire latching on to his leg and swinging him upwards..
No! No! No!
This couldn't happen!
He desperately tried to get the wire from his legs yet he was swaying to much to be able to get a good grip to rip it off.
Before he could think about his situation more and if there was any other ways to get down, he stiffened.
He could hear them.
Footsteps slowly approached him.
Pure fear streamed through his system with no outlet, he growled, trying to make himself tougher than he felt.
This couldn't be happening!
It had to be some sort of nightmare!
"I told you, you can't run forever"
A young man's voice came from the footsteps.
He didn't want to look upwards, preferring to stare at their shoes as they came closer and closer.
The werewolf knew he would see that disgusting smirking face staring at him.
He tried not to let his fear show.
"I'm not becoming one of your experiments!" He snarled.
A voice he hadn't heard before, this one surprisingly sounded sympathetic as she said "You don't have a choice"
Nonono!
He wouldn't, couldn't!
With a frightened cry, he gasped out "Kill me!Now!"
But it was no use, he struggled even more desperately with the wire!
Why couldn't he get hold of it!
He didn't hear the man's response, too wrapped up in his own terror. If he would had to guess the Hunter was probably saying that the experiment would probably kill him anyway.
He couldn't die like that! He wouldn't die some mindless beast!
A whimper was ripped from his lips, he couldn't keep it contained.
How much he was sweating, how much his heart was thumping.
He saw the man's fingers go into his bag.
No!
He let out an anguished howl, helplessly hoping someone would hear.
No one did.
But none of his struggles mattered.
He roared out in pain as that dreaded sound that had caused him to fear the hunters so much pierced his ear drums.
It forced itself into his head, into his mind.
Small tears leaked from his eyes as the pain felt like someone was gripping onto his whole body and twisting.
Pure agony.
The pain soon gave way to a rage he'd never known before, it completely consumed him.
He was then on the ground somehow, no longer being held captive.
He lifted his hand up and watched as his fingers bulged larger and his nails grow longer and sharper.
The wolf howled, now a howl of fury, destruction and desire to hunt.
It barely heard a Hunter nearby laughing, not at all afraid.
"It worked!" He said.
No one really knew what had transpired in the woods not even Stiles, who had no clue at what this dark fate this would bring.
Stiles had woken up from another nightmare. It was now about five am in the morning. He was wondering if he should ring Scott about his new nightmares.
He was panting from the effects of the dream.
It had felt like he was being crushed and stretched at the same time, such agony he had never felt before, not in a dream especially.
However before Stiles could made up his mind the phone started to ring by itself.
He picked up quickly, surprised, what would Scott he ringing him up so early for?
"Scott?" He asked then only to stiffen as he hears the tone of Scott's voice.
"Stiles! I know it's early but the one of the packs in the area has asked for an urgent meeting. We need to go now!"
An urgent meeting?
There was only one reason another pack would request an urgent meeting.
They were in dire need of help.
Scott's pack due to its uniqueness as well as Scott being an true alpha, was known for being the strongest in their area so it made sense nearby packs would come to them for help.
Stiles tried to tell himself to stay focused but he couldn't get his terrifying dream out of his head.
The main story has started! I was so happy to write this!
