The Italian-American mafia came to be when Gracie(Adams) Blackwood inherited the American mafia due to a surprise attack on there house. Though Gracie was the youngest sibling her brothers died protecting there sister when there parents were away. Afterd heavy training and preparations Gracie received the mafia and got revenge and justice for her fallen brothers. Later in life Gracie got married and started another family with Giovanni Blackwood and had 3kids, triplets. Though due to complications in her pregnancy she could no longer have kids after that. Gracie and Giovanni decide to merge the Italian and the American mafia into now the Italian-American mafia which dominates the Italian mafia and the American mafia. Hence the oldest triplet Roberto Blackwood is now the Don of the Italian-American mafia and his triplet Ryan is the Italian mafia Don and there triplet Ralph is the American mafia Don.
