"Dear Eren Yeager. There are a million words to describe what we have. I refuse to use past tense because I know that no matter what happens, everything will be the same between us. Perhaps, could tell our story in millions of words. But I will only give it one.
Unforgettable.
Unforgettable. No matter how mad, no matter how much you may hurt me, I'll never forget the good. Because it is simply unforgettable. Sometimes, I'll sneak out during the night and I'll go up to the walls. And as I watch the mood, it reminds me of when we were younger. We'd break our curfew, just to cause havoc. It seems like everything was perfect then.
I often wonder what it would've been like without Titans. Maybe, we'd live together with Armin or Mikasa...Or just us.
Just us would sound nice. It would be nice. Even if the Titans showed up, for it to just be us. would be a dream.
But then again. I have hope that in time, we will be together. We will live somewhere in the district, hell, let's live somewhere far away. I'm tired of being surrounded by people. Let's live in the snowy mountains, let's live in the plains, let's live anyway far away from anyone.
The only thing we lack is time. Time is the only thing keeping us. We don't have forever. No one does.
I will always know my truth. I'll never say it out loud. But maybe I'll write it.
Love is a strong word. But it's also such a common word. Love takes sacrifice, dedication, and determination. It takes passion and companionship. Love will always give you more than it will cost you.
Love can't be expressed in writing. Well, maybe it can, but writing is never permanent. Only temporary. So, I'll make it temporary till I see you again.

If I could say it in every language I could. And I would never take it back.
When I see your face again. I'll make it permanent. No more time will be wasted.
It doesn't matter where we see each other. It doesn't matter how many times my views change about you.

"Aww!!" A little girl shouted below the balcony as I lowered the beige paper from my face.
I lean over the balcony to see (y/n) walking distant from Reiner and the other kids.
"My feeling has never changed...They were always permanent...I love you...But, I know what happens... And I wish that our future was together... But after everything happens...We'll see just how far this letter goes...Because as you said, writing is only temporary..." I mutter to myself as I slip away from the balcony.

As I catch up with Reiner and the kids, I felt the hairs on the back of my neck lift. I cover the back of my neck and look up to the balcony. I scan the area to find it empty.
