We arrive back at the compound and the sun's already starting to set. Apparently, we spent quite a lot of time in the city, but it felt like just a few minutes. It was most definitely a great date and next time I will take her out on a date. I don't know what it will be but I want to plan a date as nice as hers, she deserves it.

Clint drives the car back into the garage so we head into the compound alone. In the elevator y/n presses the button for the kitchen which confuses me a little because I thought we were going to her or my room but maybe she's just thirsty or so.

We step out of the elevator and the kitchen is weirdly empty. Usually there is at least one person in here or the dinning room but now there's no one except us. To add to my confusion, y/n leads me away from the kitchen and towards the living room.

When she opens the door, I look at the room in awe. The lights are out and there is a little projector who makes lights dance around the ceiling of the room that look like stars. There's an air matrass in front of the TV with lots of blankets and pillows and snacks around it. It looks extremely comfy.

I also notice silent music playing, just something classical without lyrics. Slowly spinning around, I take in everything in this room until my eyes land on y/n who beams at me.

"Did you thought the date was already over?" She asks and comes closer to me to wrap her arms around my waist.
"Well, yeah. You already did so much and it was perfect, so I thought that's it." I admit and wrap my arms around her neck, pulling her a little closer.

"Nope, I have a movie night planned for the end." She lets me in on her plans.
"Did you do all this by yourself?" I ask and let my eyes sift around the room a little before they settle back on y/n's face.

"Almost. I had some help from Clint, he had the projector from home and the idea with the matrass." She shares and leans her forehead against mine.

"It's perfect." I whisper in awe and close the little gap between us. Our lips dance together slowly and with a lot of emotion. I try to put all my love for her into this kiss.

When we pull away, she tugs a strain of hair behind my ear that must have gotten loose.
"How about we change into our pyjamas and start our movie night?" She suggests and I nod in agreement.

We go back to our rooms and change separately. I head downstairs again and find her back in the living room, standing there in her pyjamas and looking adorable. While she does something on her phone, I walk up to her and hug her from behind, resting my chin on her shoulder and watching what she does. She's on a music app, trying to find a song. When she finds it, she taps it and it starts to play over the speakers in this room. Within a second I recognize it and kiss her cheek.

It's the song from the café earlier that I liked so much. This time I saw the title: "Something just like this".

She turns around to face me and throws her phone onto the sofa, not caring about it anymore.

"You remembered." I whisper and watch her movement as she puts her hands on my hips.
"Of course I do." She replies with a soft voice and I wrap my hands around her neck, playing with the baby hair in her neck.

We slowly start to sway to the song and gaze into each other's eyes.
At the refrain her lips start to move a little and I see her singing along to the lyrics but only moving her lips, not actually singing out loud.

As the song speeds up, she slowly lets go of me and strokes along my arms until she reaches my hands and lifts them up over her head to untangle them. Her own hands intertwine with them now and she smiles before letting one hand go again and slowly spinning me around. I go along with it and when I'm back to facing her again, her eyes sparkle with glee. She then spins me around halfway, lowering her arm around me and pulling me into her. Now her other hand grabs mine again and crosses them in the same way my other arm is.
We start swaying again but this time her chin rests on my shoulder and I just enjoy her being close to me and feeling her arms wrapped around me. She places light kisses on the side of my neck that give me goosebumps and a happy, warm feeling inside my stomach.

With a smooth movement she untangles our arms and spins me back around. This time I take control and spin her around, letting go of one hand. Pulling her back, I role her into my arm which earns a soft giggle from her that warms my heart. We stay in this position for a few seconds before I unspin her and let her face me again and we go back to our original position with her hands on my hips.

Her eyes are focused on mine as her lips start to move again but this time she actually sings the lyrics, just a few and I can tell she really means them.

"I'm not looking for somebody with some superhuman gifts, some superhero, some fairytale bliss. Just something I can turn to, somebody I can kiss. I want something just like this." She bites her lips, suddenly slightly shy again.

"Something just like this." I sing with the song, smiling at her.
The shyness on her face vanishes and turns into pure joy.
"Something just like this." We both repeat and let the song fade out and the music goes over to something without lyrics again.

"I love you." I whisper, feeling my heart beating with happiness.
"I love you." She says equally silent and leans in. Her lips are warm and soft and when her tongue runs over my bottom lip, I part my lips to let her in. The kiss is sensual and meaningful and I couldn't be happier right now.

When we pull away, we lean our foreheads together for a few seconds before y/n kisses my nose which makes me scrunch it up. She gently pulls me towards the matrass and sits down. I follow her and sit down next to her.

"What do you want to watch, my love?" She asks, starting to scroll through the program. My heart skips a beat at the name that she didn't seem to notice to have said. It seemed to just have slipped of her tongue naturally which makes it even more special.

"I don't know, I never really got to watch a lot of movies. I mostly watch sitcoms." I answer with a shrug and she turns her head to look at me.
"Have you seen the old Disney movies?" She asks. I shake my head and she almost looks offended.

Bringing her attention back to the screen, she now seems to have a film in mind. I watch as she goes through animated movies until she stops at "Lion King". She glances over at me to seek my approval. I nod, not knowing the movie but she seems to like it. A smile spreads on her face and she starts it.

While there's just the intro, we get comfortable. She opens her arms for me and I cuddle into her, laying my head onto her chest, hugging her with my arms. One of her arms lays around my side with her hand on my hip as the other hand pulls a blanket over us before joining her other hand.

I'm invested in the movie and have to say, it's really good. My concentration is on the screen until her one hands carefully slides under my blouse and she starts to draw little circles and shapes onto my skin. A tingle shoots from there through my whole body and fills with excitement that I don't know where it's coming from. But it feels really nice and I relax into her touch.

The movie goes on until it's over and she looks down at me.
"There's a second part, wanna watch that too?" She asks and I nod, happy with the movie and our cuddling.

During the second part I feel tiredness building up in me and I snuggle my head more into her. She moves one hand up to my face and cups it to caress my cheek. With her gentle touch, the calming atmosphere and her steady heartbeat, sleep takes control over me and I drift off into a world of dreams, ending a wonderful day that I hopefully never forget.

A/n: That was their date, I hope you liked it. :D
