Amelias POV
It's Thursday and Chris and I just got back to the house,
My mom is home again, she's been a bitch ever since she got back too,
Which is the reason Chris and I are in my room on my bed with a plate of Dino nuggets because if I have to be in a room with her longer than I need to I'm going to snap
"Hey! Chew it first" I tell Chris sternly as I watch him trying to eat without chewing
Both of his hands had a nugget in them and I was paying careful attention to make sure he didn't choke
As I was paying attention to him, I got an incoming FaceTime call from Arizona,
"Hi!" I smile and Chris looks up at me
"What are you guys up to?" She ask
"Eating Dino nuggies in bed" I chuckle
"Hi!" Christopher exclaims and climbs into my lap so he could see zona and he put his arms out
"Bubba" I laugh
"Baby love! I miss you" Arizona tells him and he giggles
"Wow" I scoff
"I miss you too, you big baby" Arizona smiles
"Bubba zonas being mean" I tell him
"Tell her bad" I say
"No, no bad" he says and we laugh
"What are you doing this weekend?" Arizona ask
"Nothing, just spending time avoiding my mother" I say
"What if we meet at the park Saturday?" She suggest
"I- I don't go in public with him.... People from school could notice" I say
"I understand, but what if it's a park outside of town?" She ask,
"Okay" I agree, I would like to hang out with her again
We talked for a while until I needed to go and change Chris
"I have to go, but I'll call you" I say and she nods
"Chris, tell zona bye bye" I say and he blows her a kiss and waves
"Bye bye" he smiles
"Bye bye baby loves!"
I quickly changed Chris and realized I was out of diapers, how does that happen?! I had so many of them and now they are all gone
It's getting late now and I don't want to take him out, I usually get all of his supplies delivered
I took him downstairs and Kathleen was on the couch, am I really about to do this? It's almost time for him to start settling down anyhow
"I need a favor" I tell her and she looks at me while mom sat on the recliner
"Can you watch him for like half an hour? I need to run to the store" I ask her and she looks at Chris and back at me and nods
"Thank you thank you!" I tell her and get my things and put Chris down and kiss his head
"I'll be quick" I tell them
It'll be fine, he'll be fine
I made it to the store and quickly found the diapers and got checked out,
The cashier was totally Judging me but I didn't know who she was so I didn't care
Once I got home and walked inside I immediately tensed up hearing Christopher crying
