Arizona's POV
Amelia and I just finished our first year of undergraduate, we both got in together at Hopkins, also where we plan on continuing med school
Chris is 4 now, Amelia and I are both 19 and we share an apartment just off campus, Chris goes to the university's daycare while we are in class and working then one of us picks him up afterwards
My parents, and Addison and Derek both expressed concerns about us living together so soon, which of course made Amelia question it all too. But I sat down with Amelia first to make sure she wasn't backing out on me then we talked to our parents
We would be busy most of the day and really only be at the apartment for the evenings, and Amelia and I basically spent everyday together anyway
We haven't got to see any of our friends since we started though which sucks majorly, we talked and FaceTimed but it's just not the same
On a brighter note to sharing an apartment with Amelia is that I get to wake up with her everyday, pended if Chris decides to be mean and wake us up even earlier though
Since our classes are now over Amelia and I are planning a trip back to Seattle to visit our families in the next couple of weeks
Which brings us to now
The three of us are currently in Amelia and i's bed, when we first moved Chris slept in our bed every night and Amelia was not happy when I told her it was time to move him to his own room
Letting him continue in our bed wouldn't have been good for anyone
But he still does come in our room in the morning if he wakes up before us,
He just brings his blanket and climbs right in between the two of us, which is how we ended up like this
"Ona? I'm hungry" Chris says and rubs his tummy
"What do you want baby love?" I ask and he climbs into my lap
"Waffle" he says and Amelia rolls her eyes
I prefer waffles to pancakes but Amelia is the other way around so when I got Chris to like the waffles more, it was a huge accomplishment on my part
"Let's do it" I smile and we get up, leaving Amelia in the bed to get dressed since all she had on was a t-shirt
"I can help too" Chris ask and I smile
"Of course, come here" I say and help him wash his hands before setting him on the counter so I could get everything out
Amelia came and met us a few minutes later, wearing what she wore to bed but just put panties on as well
"You want waffles too love?" I ask her
"Never" she says and sits herself on the counter opposite of Chris
"Really?" I ask and she shrugs
"I'm dating a child" I mumble and Amelia laughs
"Yea but you love me" she says and I turn around to face her and walk in between her legs
"That's for sure" I smile and she leans down to kiss me
"Hey! Me want kiss too!" Chris says while crossing his arms and we laugh while I walk over to where he was sitting and gave him a quick kiss
"Better?" I ask and he nods
I finished breakfast for everyone, even making Amelias pancakes instead
"Mama I want that" Chris say pointing to the bottle of syrup on the table
