Chapter 53

Amelias POV

It's Christmas! And later today is our Christmas party or whatever

I wanted to go home, I mean Christmas with my mom and sisters is not what I had planned but it's not fair for me to want that and make Arizona leave

Her family is here too, her parents and brother and she doesn't see them often so it's selfish of me to want to leave

So, for her I will get over it and be okay for one day, they won't even be here until 4 so I get to spend the time with my little family,

Including Derek, Addison and Henry of course

Arizona and did not get to sleep in this morning, being honest we never do but this morning we had Chris and Henry running into our room

"Auntie Melia! Auntie Zona! Get up!" Henry yells and Chris climbs onto the bed

"Mommy mama it's Christmas! Wake up wake up!" He giggles

"5 more minutes" I mumble, and Arizona laughs and sits up with Chris who was smiling

Thankfully after the one day of being here he started to behave a lot better

"Mama!" Chris giggles and I smile and sit up

"Okay Bubbas, I'm up" I smile and he gets out of bed and Arizona and I follow, using the bathroom before following the two boys downstairs where Addison and Derek were already seated,

Derek looked like he was still about to fall asleep

"Coffee is on the counter" Derek mumbles

"Thanks" I say, yawning as I make my way to the kitchen, pouring both Arizona and I a cup of coffee and returned to everyone else in the living room

"We can open now?" Henry ask and Addison nods, allowing the two boys to start opening their presents

Henry stopped after each present and looked at what he got while Chris just tore them open

"Thank you! I love you guys" Chris says, jumping into our lap and wraps his arms around our necks

"You're welcome baby love," Arizona smiles and kisses his cheek

Looking down at my phone and seen that it was just after 6am now, the boys had us up at 5:30

"Mama can I play now?" Chris ask

"Why don't we lay back down for a little then have breakfast, then you can play?" I suggest and he looks over at Henry who was already in Dereks lap

"I don't want to" he says and I sigh

"Okay, grab 2 things and you can bring them to the room while mama and I lay down" Arizona says and he nods in agreement and grabs 2 things

"We're doing the same, see you guys later for breakfast" Addison says. Her and Derek standing up with Henry laying his head on Dereks shoulder

The 6 of us went upstairs, Arizona, Chris and I went into my room and Arizona and I got back in bed and Chris played on the floor

I opened my arms and Arizona quickly laid into them,

"Merry Christmas baby" I tell her and she smiles

"Merry Christmas my love" she responds

The both of us decided to give our presents to each other later on tonight once we were alone

I woke up a little bit later and it was pretty quiet in the room, Arizona was still asleep next to me so I kissed her lips gently and got out of bed and almost tripped over Chris who had fallen asleep on the floor
