"Hey..you came?" Jeno asked as he saw the girl speedily walk through the automatic glass doors.
"Yeah...the security almost didn't let me up" she said with a sigh
Renjun and Haechan exchanged glances with each other as they watched the two converse in their own world, oblivious to the connection both of them had.
"How's he doing?" She asked, turning to see Renjun and Haechan still looking at her, confused as to why she was there
"Umm...we haven't heard back from the doctor's but they're making his treatment plan right now" Renjun said and she nodded
"His grandfather just got here a few minutes ago" Jeno said
The group sat outside waiting for the doctor to come back with any update on what was to happen. A grey haired man (a/n: honestly the grandad from business proposal is what I'm tryna say) soon entered the waiting room, conversing with Kun.
"There's are the medicines he needs to take along with his current ones, There's a pharmacy shop near the roundabout that sells this specific one, its quite hard to find here" Kun explained
"I'll drive down" his grandfather said with a cough
"I can get it"
"I can get it for you sir"
Everyone's head turned to Yeseul who spoke at the same time as Dahyun
"Sorry...do i know you?" The man asked and she looked at Jeno for help on what to say
"Ah Yeseul, nice to finally see you again. Yeseul is one of Jaemin's good friends" Kun said, noticing her awkwardness
"Oh...hello, nice to meet you" he said, shaking her hand firmly as she smiled back at him.
"You're more than welcome to join me Yeseul-ssi" Dahyun said and she nodded, walking towards her as they left the hospital.
"He's still quite heavily sedated but you're allowed to go in and see him, just be careful with the wires" Kun said, shaking Jaemin's grandfathers hand and bidding the boys good bye.
"So how do you two know each other?" Dahyun asked as they drove down the roads, approaching the roundabout Kun was talking about.
"Umm... we met in college" she lied and Dahyun chuckled
"You can be free with me, no need to lie" she said with a smile and Yeseul awkwardly laughed
"Umm...i got spiked one night and he uh...took care of me that night...that's how i know Kun as well. Ever since then he's just...always showed up at the right time for me" She said, a blush creeping up to her face and Dahyun was quick to notice it
"I usually keep all of Jaemin's contacts with me as well, his grandfather asks me to since I'm his secretary, I always wondered why your name had a heart beside it" she chuckled and Yeseul waited for her car seat to swallow her up as she awkwardly smiled
"So are you in college or working?" She asked
"Umm I just accepted to an entertainment company-"
"You're an Idol?!"
"No no! I can't sing for my life" Yeseul said cracking up with laughter
"I got in for dance, I'm doing back up, that's all i can say for now" she said
"Wah~ you look like an idol, try rapping in front of your boss maybe you'll land in the next girl group" Dahyun said with a smile
"If it happens I won't say no" she said with a chuckle
"Oh we're here, you can wait in the car, I'll grab the medicine and come back" Dahyun said and she nodded. To pass some time she pulled out her phone to see her notifications being flooded.

"You're back" Yeseul said, putting her phone down as she saw Dahyun enter into the car again
"Yup, let's go back" she said buckling her seatbelt on before driving towards the hospital. They parked in the parking lot before taking the elevator up to the private ward. Yeseul couldn't help but stare at her reflection, seeing the way that she dressed was completely different to everyone else in the room who had suits and dresses that reached their knees.
"Trying to make yourself look good for him?" Dahyun joked and and Yeseul was so done with the awkwardness that encased her
"You look fine, plus...you're his type" Dahyun said as she exited the elevator
"Oh god" Yeseul muttered under her breath, trying to calm her butterflies down
"I need to fill out some hospital paperwork at reception, can you hand these in?" Dahyun asked as she gave the pharmacy bag to Yeseul
"No problem" she said nervously, carrying the bag as she stood in-front if the room
She knocked on the door and walked in as soon as she heard Haechan say come in. When she opened the door, her eyes immediately travelled up to Jaemin who was looking at her, along with everyone else in the room. Their eyes softened immediately as they saw each other. He looked pale and weak, almost fragile.
"Do you need something?" Renjun asked, breaking the ice as he saw Jaemin's grandfather view the two carefully
"Oh umm...here's the medicine...the pharmacist said to limit sugar intake when taking the blood thinners" she said, leaving them on the table beside the bed.
"You came?" Jaemin said, voice hoarse from recovering As he watched her movements
"Could i discuss with you outside about the surgery?" Kun asked his grandfather, encouraging people to leave the room before he shot a wink at Yeseul.
Everyone seemed to understand that the two needed some privacy and they were soon left to themselves.
